The house was in immaculate condition and it was very welcoming as towels were thoughtfully perched in each room. I would definitely recommend this property for a large family as it has all of the amenities and ample room. The host was very quick to address any concerns which we had.

The house was great. It is located in an area of affluent homes and a safe area. Large indoor space for a big family. The Master suite was excellent. I was quite impressed with just how CLEAN the house was, which is what we all hope for when we rent. Everything needed was available and the kitchen appliances were excellent as well. The pool and outside patio were fantastic. So nice of an area to relax and with all the trees and plants around, you'll find it very private. Lilya was great!! She is super-fast to respond to any questions you may have. I would recommend this rental to anyone!

As soon as you arrived you broke the house rules, instead of 9 people half more entered the house, all was good till I asked question about Guests, nobody mentioned about. Yes we have 3 camera at all 3 entrances, for security reasons . After you left we checked the door it is working fine. Sofas 2 years old and there is no old furniture and house is very clean,. Anyway thank you for lying. And comment to dirty house is not true ,we hire company that is inspecting house after each cleaning. Have a happy new year and many blessings .

The house is beautiful! Beds were comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. Owners were immediately responsive. Kitchen was fully stocked, pool was clean and the outside bathroom is a great addition! Only downside was that the lawn was overgrown and the playser outside couldn’t be used because the sandspurs were everywhere. Overall great stay!

2025 Spring Training Trip

Neighborhood was very nice with well maintained homes. Our rental was perfect for ages 8-76. Kids loved pool and pool table. House was well stocked with all of our needs met. Would definitely recommend!

In-town Family Reunion

Great adult getaway

We really enjoyed our time at the home! The pool was lovely along with the sitting area outside! The kitchen was wonderful to cook in and make meals! The host, Lilyia was wonderful to work with. This house was everything we could have asked for and more. Plenty of room for two families. Host was amazing. Answered any questions we had very promptly. Was very helpful when our flight home got canceled. Would definitely recommend to anyone heading to the Tampa area.

Family Reunion

It's the little things that make all the difference. From the bottled water in the refrigerator when we arrived to the soap in every bathroom and pool towels by the back door. This house felt like a home away from home from the moment we walked in. It was the perfect option for our group while visiting with family in this part of Florida. Great Thanksgiving

We really loved our stay at Shady Oaks. The house is beautiful, had plenty of seating and a fully stocked kitchen. We were able to cook and enjoy a family Thanksgiving with no issues! The bedrooms were beautifully decorated as everything else! We felt right at home. Our grandchildren enjoyed the pool and the older kids loved the pool table. We will definitely choose Shady Oaks next time we are in the area!!

It’s a perfect peace and quiet place for home

The property owner is comforting. Bed sheets are clean but can use a bit softener for a better sleep. The access through the back door is easier, the front door access is a bit out of place. There’s plenty of kitchen utensils, knives, spoons, pots and pans, cups and glasses are all up to date, generous enough worth enough to stay here.

Wonderful Vacation

Thank you for a wonderful stay at your home, while we were in town for a family wedding. We appreciated the very timely communication before our arrival and during our stay. It was comforting to book with a host who understood travelling with a 3 month old and two year old, so they had the sleeping okay-yards all ready for our arrival. The home was perfectly clean and very toddler friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed the relaxing pool and all of the pool toys to keep our toddler entertained.The kitchen and BBQ were nicely equipped and bedrooms very comfortable. Thank you again!

Great spot to see Tampa & surrounds from.

Loved the home. Great layout. Very high end appliances in kitchen. Only issue was one of the beds was very weak and owner has already ordered a new one. Very responsive owners as well. Pool was awesome and had heater for the first couple chilly nights. 9.9 out of ten for us.

Great Home in a Beautiful Neighborhood

After a lot of research, we are so glad we decided on this wonderful VRBO. It is set in a beautiful neighborhood with beautiful greenery. We felt very comfortable with plenty of clean uncluttered space, parking and amenities. The bedding is very comfortable. There are several TVs-even in the pool area and 2 bedrooms! The pool was perfect and we really appreciated having 3 1/2 bathrooms. It was a pleasure to communicate with the host Lilya- We all loved Lilya's home and had a great time!!!

While we enjoyed our stay overall, there were several areas where the property did not meet our expectations, especially considering the cost of the rental.The furniture throughout the home was quite old and showed significant wear. The house also was not as clean as it should have been upon arrival. The kitchen floor was sticky, the countertops had areas that appeared not to have been thoroughly cleaned, and the cabinets were noticeably dirty and in need of wiping down.The pool was fantastic and definitely one of the highlights of the property. However, the outdoor patio furniture was old and worn, and even the pool toy storage container appeared dilapidated. Additionally, the outdoor fan and patio lights were not functioning. This became particularly noticeable when we used the grill, as the patio became extremely hot without the fan running.Another issue was the air conditioning system. It is programmed to remain at 72 degrees and cannot be adjusted by guests. While this was frustrating initially, we did become accustomed to it after a few days.Inside the home, the couch facing the pool was heavily worn and torn in several places. It was uncomfortable and uninviting to sit on. Overall, I felt the online photos made the property appear much nicer and more updated than it actually was.I generally do not like leaving negative reviews and try to focus on the positives, but when spending thousands of dollars on a vacation rental, I do expect a higher standard of cleanlines

This place was in very good condition. Everything was clean. All appliances, cookware, silverware, linens, toilet paper etc were in place. Neatly arranged. Only issue was the Swimming pool temperature. The water was hot. I would suggest not to heat the pool. It causes the Chlorine to evaporate and cause algae. That was we saw. However, Liliana send the pool maintenance right away. We would stay that again. Thank you.
