Both bathrooms were completely updated. The spacious master bedroom holds a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has a twin-over-double bunk bed. Two living spaces, each with new TVs and Roku boxes, are ready for guests' use. The dining area features a beautiful bay window. High-speed WiFi, air conditioning, and washer & dryer are provided. The covered back porch and patio are accessible from the driveway area through a gate, and the backyard with stone patio is fenced in.

Ample parking is provided on the driveway and in front of the home. Please note that the garage is not usable by guests, as it is used for storage by the owners, who live immediately adjacent to the property.
