PSYCHEDELIC STUDIO SUITE:

Parking is EXTREMELY limited given the dense urban environment, and therefore we recommend using a ride-share service or carpooling when feasible. Free parking is on a first-come basis and available at the rear of the property, as well as the side of the property just off Patterson Avenue. Free street parking is available as well. We can also arrange private shuttle pickup from the airport for larger parties with advanced notice.
The Neighborhood:
Situated on Bardstown Road (voted “Louisville’s Best Street”) in The Highlands Historic District. You’ll have plenty of unique and iconic options to explore during your stay…no car required. The Highlands is extremely walkable and bike friendly with over two dozen restaurants, coffeeshops, bookstores, breweries, and endless locally-owned places to find new treasures. Nearby Historic Cherokee Park designed by Fredrick Olmsted systems is home to 400+ acres of walking/running trails, vast green spaces and waterways to explore,
Bungalou borders downtown Louisville and popular “NuLu” where you can attend shows, sporting events, 4th Street Live! and walk across the Ohio River atop the pedestrian bridge to Indiana.

NEAT Bourbon Bar is located at the front of the property - guests will have private, back-door access without ever having to step foot off the property. NEAT Bottle Shop has all essentials for sale – spirits/beer/wine/bourbon.
