The space
This Waterfront Villa has an open concept floor plan with 4 rooms jetting off in different directions. Master bedroom has 2 King beds with lake views and its own bathroom, The 2nd Master also has 1 King bed & Queen bed, its own bathroom and a lake view. The back two bedrooms share a bathroom and have two Queen beds in each room and one also has a twin daybed.
Other things to note
This steel and brick Villa was built by an Architect from Mexico for his wife in 1978 and has many unique features allowing its guests to feel as though they have traveled outside of the US for vacation. It has a large Courtyard with a Hot Tub, Fountain, BBQ pit and fire for gathering in the cool evenings or on a sunny afternoon in the Winter. There is one central AC unit and in the extreme Texas summer we realized that window unit’s in the back bedrooms were a must. If you like your house temperature in the 60s or low 70s in the heat of the summer. This is not the house for you! In order to help keep the temperature cool in the summer make sure doors close behind you!
