Betreten Sie die Wohnung und auf der rechten Seite ist komplett renovierte Küche mit Granit & Aufkantung. Alle Küchengeräte sind brandneu. Bosch-Kühlschrank der Spitzenklasse, Bosch-Gasherd einschieben, über dem Gasherd Bosch-Mikrowelle, brandneue Hanssem-Schränke, Bosch-Geschirrspüler, tiefes und breites Spülbecken, gefiltertes Wasser aus dem Barhahn und mit Topf und Pfannen gefüllte Küchenschränke , Geschirr etc. für Ihren Gebrauch. Toaster, Mixer und Keurig V700 Brewing System mit Pads stehen Ihnen während Ihres Aufenthalts zur Verfügung.
Gehen Sie an der Küche vorbei und Sie werden im Wohnzimmer sein. Links befindet sich der Eingang zum Schlafzimmer und zum Badezimmer. Das Wohnzimmer und das Schlafzimmer sind mit Mirage-Parkett ausgelegt. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein 65-Zoll-LED-Fernseher und im Schlafzimmer ein 42-Zoll-LED-Fernseher.
Das Gebäude hat 24 Stunden Portier. Das Personal im Gebäude ist sehr freundlich und äußerst hilfsbereit. Sie werden während Ihres Aufenthaltes einen Unterschied machen und Ihnen bei allen Fragen oder Problemen behilflich sein. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr günstig. Es ist umgeben von großen Hotels wie dem Waldorf Astoria, dem Roger Smith Hotel, dem Lexington New York City, dem Hyatt 48 Lex, dem New York Marriott East Side und dem Inter Continental New York Barclay. Sie können zu Fuß viele Orte wie Restaurants, Supermarkt, Drogerie, U-Bahn, Grand Central Terminal, Empire State Building, Rockefeller Center, UN-Gebäude und vieles mehr erreichen, was die Lage sehr günstig macht, um NYC zu erkunden. Alle Arten von Restaurants sind zu Fuß erreichbar.

Wonderful stay in NYC.

Truly lovely apartment. Spacious rooms perfect for 2 to 3 guests. Great kitchen with excellent appliances and cooking utensils. Plenty of storage. Very clean. The owner is very attentive. Fabulous location, we walked everywhere but subway also handy for times we didn’t want to walk. Many restaurants about. The doormen are fantastic super friendly many thanks to all of them. We stayed here for just under a month, perfect home in NYC. We loved every second of our wonderful stay. Thank you so much Nilesh.

A contemporary one bedroom spacious apartment in a prime location. The apartment is very clean, comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with all one needs. The host is available and responsive. Excellent stay in the heart of NYC

Modern clean spacious apartment equipped with all the conveniences of home. Comfortable bed, nice towels. Very convenient location not far from Time Square, Rockefeller Center and Fifth avenue. Kitchen well equipped. Supermarket and liquor store close by. Host always promptly available. This was our second stay in this apartment and we loved it.

Fantastic place to spend a month in the City

This apartment is perfect in every way: clean, bright, modern, warm, quiet, in a great location and in a well-run building. We enjoyed every day of our November stay and would definitely hope to return. The apartment is modern, with top-notch appliances. It is "impersonal" like an executive apartment and not filled with someone's personal items. The building staff are pleasant and professional; with two people in the lobby 24/7 to welcome us or wish us well as we went out. It is clean and attractive. The location couldn't be better: close to Grand Central Station or buses in every direction, and walkable to most of Mid-Town. We highly recommend the building and this particular unit. Fabulous stay at this property!

Just returned from a 2 1/2 week stay at Nilesh’s apartment — a perfect stay in every regard. The apartment is great in a very well run building. The apartment has everything you could possibly want or need — including a little balcony perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails! Additionally, the location (mid town East side) is ideal for walking, shopping, dining, entertainment, etc. Subway & bus service a few minutes away. I liked the location and apartment very much, and plan on returning as soon as possible — my new home away from home! Thank you...

Oh wonderful experience great location manager was very helpful We were at the location for one month and found it to be perfect area of Midtown Manhattan to go to the Broadway plays the transportation system of Grand Central Station and an all over wonderful experience we highly recommend anybody that’s going to New York for a holiday to use this apartment. The manager was wonderful and helpful all through our stay and the doorman was always there for guidance and recommendations for restaurants etc. we cannot say enough good things about our stay thank you Nilesh

My apartment is located in the heart of Midtown East. It is surrounded by hotels like The Lexington, Hyatt 48 Lex, Marriott, Inter Continental & Waldrof Astoria. All this hotels are just steps away from my building entrance. Shopping, Restaurants, Fine Dining, Fast foods, Grocery Store, Drug Store, Liquor Store, New York Sports Club, Athletic Manhattan Club are few steps to two block radius. Sightseeing landmarks like the UN building, Rockefeller Center, St Patrick’s Cathedral, Grand Central Terminal are about 15 minutes walking distance. New York Hop on Hop off tour buses stop is few steps away from the building entrance. (Waldrof Astoria Hotel 49th street stop.)

My apartment is on the 28th floor with a balcony where my guest gets the opportunity to enjoy their morning coffee (weather permitting). I have set up the apartment in such a way that my guest will have a very convenient and pleasurable stay.
