Far exceeded every expectation

This lovely spacious apartment served as our NYC home for six weeks - and it was more than we had even hoped! Easy and efficient check in; kitchen with all appliances, including an oven and dishwasher; dinnerware and glassware for four; comfortable sofa beds, large bathroom. The manager, Fuji, was gracious and efficient. We are already thinking of next time !

Very well appointed and managed.

We returned to this property after our stay in 2016 because we enjoyed it very much. It is larger than most, attractive, and very clean. The manager has always been attentive to all of our questions and needs, and the owner also answers any questions promptly. The location is most desirable for plays, museums and shopping, as well as Central Park. A most desirable VRBO!!

Excellent Property

We absolutely loved the location, across the street from Central Park. Fuji showed us everything we would need to know. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great location, with a modern, very clean, and beautiful place - and awesome location!. We came in for a few days of shopping, seeing a show and dining at some of our favorite restaurants. We had a fantastic stay in NYC. The apartment its a classic, a true gem, more than met our expectations: it is spacious, comfortable, quiet, spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated. Beautiful Apartment! So clean and well maintained!

My family and I just returned from our Thanksgiving trip to NYC. I wanted to take my children to the Macy's Parade. It is perfectly located in the city and just beautifully maintained. Elizabeth is a wonderful communicator, and Fuji was amazing! We comfortably fit 3 adults and 3 children. The apartment is stocked with so many things. I even found a well stocked First Aid kit. When we go back, I hope to return to this beautiful place. Thank you very much, Elizabeth, for a wonderful stay in NYC!

Stayed for 2 months

Apartment is in a prime location and looks even better than the photos. Has everything you would ever need for an extended stay. Liz and Fuji were wonderful hosts, super responsive and accommodating. The only semi con is that the Wi-Fi in the unit is good for casual browsing but not high speed enough if planning on working from home frequently (for video calls). That said, we appreciated that the hosts tried to upgrade the speed with their provider. There is not a lot of sunlight in the apartment since it’s facing an inner courtyard but I didn’t mind it at all since you’re literally steps from Central Park

Outstanding property

This property is simply outstanding. The property is 'clinically' clean with no scuff marks on any wall. Every item in the kitchen has been carefully curated to ensure that if you want to cook at home, you have the essentials to achieve this goal. The sofas and sofa beds are incredibly comfortable, as is the king bed. Security at the property is top notch. Elizabeth has an impeccable booking and communication system, with a response always within 24 hours. Fuji, her representative on the ground, is welcoming, knowledgeable and accessible during the stay. As Australians, we travel extensively and this property is exceptional. In terms of New York, it is the best accommodation that we have ever stayed in and represents exceptional value for money. I highly recommend this property and have written a private email to Elizabeth/Fuji commending them on their incredible attention to detail. A very big thank you!

Awesome NYC experience

From start to finish this place quickly became my home away from home. The reality was actually better than the photos, especially since there are new couches!!! I love being in an apartment inside a quality hotel because you have the best of both worlds and the security of a hotel. Central Park, Fifth Avenue, Time Square, Columbus Circle, subway lines, Nordstrom were all with shouting distance. Perfect in every way. Love you NYC. I will be back!!!🍎💃🌆

When can we come back?

What a beautifully appointed and thoughtfully designed apartment; it's everything you'll need for a comfortable extended stay in NYC. The location is perfect, with many public transportation options nearby, Whole Foods to stock the fridge, and a selection of varied restaurants. Easily walkable to much of what NYC has to offer. Someone mentioned slow internet--this was not our experience. We were able to work from this apartment with no problems. Lastly, the staff in the building were very professional and provided exceptional service. Liz was super responsive to questions before we got there, and Fuji was really great. Helpful and kind when we encountered some issues during our trip, which we really appreciated. Can't wait to come back.

Amazing stay! **5 stars**

I was very particular while looking for a place to stay while in NY. I had a few requirements on my list and this property checked off all those boxes including cleanliness, spacious, king bed, roomy bathroom, kitchenette, quiet area, and most of all safety! The unit was well-equipped with everything I needed and the closets are so spacious. The option to work either in the bedroom or living with a desk in each room was a big plus as well! I always felt safe in the building and the neighborhood, and it was walking distance to a variety of shops, restaurants, across Central Park, and to the office at Rock Center. Thank you for being so accommodating and responsive! Will definitely stay here again on my annual trip to NY!

What a great stay!

This place is fantastic. The location is perfect. The apartment was impeccable. Customer service was very efficient, responding immediately to our text messages. For New York standards, huge place. The WIFI was very important for us, and it worked perfect and was very fast. The only thing that we have to mention is that they do not have a smart TV and we were not able to install our Fire Stick to watch Netflix. The microwave was defective and we needed to use our phone timer to check the cooking time since it did not indicate the cooking time. We will love to stay at this property if we visit New York City again. Thanks for having us as your guests.

Location is the best in Manhattan! Fuji is an excellent property manager. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. One suggestion is that it would be good to get a smart TV.
