Friedliches Creekside Home auf einem 1/2 Hektar großen Grundstück (eingezäunt), Incline Village

Dieses Haus wurde von drei Generationen von der gleichen Familie genossen worden. Es befindet sich auf einem privaten, ungefähr 1 ha großen Grundstück und grenzt an einen wunderschönen, kristallklaren, ganzjährig geöffneten Bergforellenbach. Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig und die Straße hat sehr wenig Verkehr. Es gibt einen großen, eingezäunten Garten mit einer großen Terrasse, ideal für Familienfeiern, Unterhaltung und einfach nur die Ruhe und Stille der Umgebung zu genießen.

Das Haus ist 1800 qm mit drei Schlafzimmern und zwei Vollbäder. Es gibt Kingsize-Betten in zwei der Zimmer, und eine Königin in der dritten. Eines der Familienzimmer verfügt über ein Queen-Size-Futon und ein einzelnes Etagenbett, zusammen mit mehreren Schlafmatten. Das Haus ist wunderbar kuschelig, aber groß genug, um große Trennung von Raum zu bieten. Es gibt zwei Familienzimmer, beide mit gasunterstützten Kamine so dass es für Holz Ambiente einfach. Als wir Kinder waren, nach einem langen Tag auf der Piste, die Eltern in der versunkenen Familienzimmer ('The Red Room') zu verstecken, während wir Kinder hatten den Lauf der Rest des Hauses. Mit unseren Kindern, war es das Gegenteil. So oder so, genug Platz für alle.

Das Haus ist nah an alles. Raley der Einkaufszentrum / Mall mit Markt, Speisesaal, shopping nur auf ein paar Blocks. Ski Shop ist nur ein paar Blocks als auch. Steigung der Diamond Peak Ski Resort ist nur wenige Minuten den Berg hinauf. Mt. Rose Ski Resort, nur ein paar Minuten mehr. Es gibt zahlreiche andere große Skigebiete von 20 bis 45 Minuten entfernt. Dazu gehören Squaw Valley, Heavenly, Northstar, Alpine Meadows, Zuckerdose, unter anderem. Golfplätze, Incline Strände, Die Hyatt Resort / Restaurant und Casino sind innerhalb von 5 Minuten oder weniger.

Incline Village bietet ausgezeichnete feinen Speisesaal Möglichkeiten, versuchen Azzara italienische Restaurant (beste Pizza auf dem See), Shopping, Erholung aller Art für alle Jahreszeiten, Fitness-Center (Olympische Größe Innenpool, Trainingsmöglichkeiten, Tennis, alles für die Gäste zu einem vernünftigen Rate), Casinos, Kinos, und viele andere Annehmlichkeiten, die man von dieser Klasse von Jahr über Erholungsziel erwartet.

Sobald Sie Lake Tahoe und alles, was es zu bieten hat, erlebt haben ... Sie werden für das Leben süchtig !!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! I could not say anything bad about the home we stayed at. The house had everything we needed. The backyard was huge and fenced in so that our dogs were able to run free. The kitchen was fully stocked with tubberware, dishes, pots and pans, and cups. The bathroom had all the amenities we needed and the towels were so soft! I loved how modern and clean the whole place felt especially for a house that accomodates pets. Camille was also a great host. She let us check in early with no problem. Also with the recent storm she was very flexible with our stay and giving us the option to extend if needed. Her hospitality definitely went beyond our expectations. We definitely would stay here again next year.

Great stay

We really liked our stay at incline village. The property was well maintained and clean. It was comfortable to stay in and we felt we could have spent more time at the place if we had the time. The hosts were responsive. We felt like they had really put in a lot of effort to make the place feel like home.

This home was perfect for our family. We were able to spend family time while getting ready for wedding day. We had everything we needed/wanted. The home was clean welcoming and comfortable. Beautiful. Comfortable, Homey feel! Wonderful kitchen, very well stocked. Every appliance you could want and plenty of space to cook. Comfortable beds, clean bathrooms. Wonderful! So much space, both inside and out. We especially loved the deck and stream.

We loved the house and back yard. In the morning we did yoga out on the deck. In the evening, we fished in the stream. The location is fabulous. Close to town, but far enough removed. It was a very peaceful retreat. My kids loved playing ping pong at night. De definitely hope to return sometime soon

Relaxing and restful stay

We really enjoyed staying at this home during our visit to Lake Tahoe. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood about a 5 minute drive from the center of town. Close enough to run small errands without sacrificing privacy.The home has plenty of room for everyone and a beautiful backyard that borders a small brook. The owners thoughtfully provided plenty of amenities and the kitchen was well-stocked. We had an issue with one of the showers which the owners tried to resolve during our stay but were unable to do so due to the holiday but they were very communicative and helpful and we will certainly come back again on our next trip to Lake Tahoe.

Amazing Cabin

We had the pleasure of staying at this location over the weekend, little did we know that we would've stumbled upon a gem. Vacation rentals tend to be impersonal and transactional, but our experience with Camille was the exact opposite. Camille was responsive, personable, and attentive to details. She reached out to us prior to our stay ensuring that we reach out to her should we have any hiccups. The cabin was perfect for our family - the game room was attached to the main house and the open concept living room allowed me to keep an eye on our toddlers while preparing our meals. The backyard, our favorite part of the house, offered a little something for each one of us - hearing a running stream while drinking coffee in the morning, building a snowman at 8 PM with the shovels located in the mudroom, exploring the yard for animal tracks, and so much more. All you literally have to do is show up and prepare to have a great time since the cabin has the necessary snow gear you would need (sled, shovel, disc sled, etc.) with ski resorts close by and Tahoe City only 20 minutes away. Thank you, Camille, for sharing your cabin with us, it was so special and we hope to visit again soon.

Very nice house

This property worked out really well for 4 adults and 2 dogs. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Probably was clean and well equipped. Owner was very responsive if we had a question. Would definitely recommend this rental.

Did not feel clean

Check in and check out process was easy and reasonable. Camille was easy to communicate with. One bummer was that, according to the neighbor, a tree fell a few days ago on to part of the fence. So our dog was not able to be let out free. The house did not feel so clean. I know it’s on the older side, but there were stains on the wall and little spiders in the corner of our room. Also the doors are so loud when opening and closing that it was difficult for our baby to sleep when we have to come in and out of our bedroom.

COMFORTS OF HOME

We had our traditional family ski trip for my sons birthday. To my pleasant surprise, our cabin home was very comfortable great amenities, and remarkably clean! Being that my son just turned 22 years old, he and his 3 close friends enjoyed staying in the red carpet room together playing cards, video games and sleeping in their bunk beds like they did when they got together when they were young kids and teenagers. We snowboarded 2 days and was a treat to come back to the cabin for lunch which was only 15 minutes away from Mt Rose and NorthStar. We truly enjoyed all our time at the cabin home, made great memories, Camille our host was attentive to our needs and easy to work with, and would recommend this place to enjoy! Great week at this house

Not only is the house great, but the backyard is huge and completely fenced so my dog could roam free. The house is in a perfect location and in proximity to the grocery store, beaches, and ski resorts. The neighborhood is quiet and the creek is lovely. We had an amazing time.

Pleasant stay in Incline

Very cozy and welcoming, with Christmas lights inside and out. Our grandkids loved the “RedRoom” playroom, with beds for all. Our bedrooms were clean and comfortable. The bathrooms could use some updating, but were well stocked. The kitchen was also well stocked. We enjoyed our Christmas stay.

Perfect Stay!

We had the most amazing time! The house is perfect, I love the red room it was perfect the kids. The fenced in backyard was just what we needed for the kids and dog. Listening to the sound of the creek while you sleep was so relaxing, the trees and the size of the backyard made it feel like you were camping with all the comforts of home. I would not only stay here again but I would definintely recommend to friends/family. The only drawback was it during Covid and the weekend before Labor Day so the beaches were so packed we had to go to South Tahoe to find a quiet and less crowded beach area. I can't say enough good things about this place!

Nice and peaceful home

We loved this place! It was big enough that the kids has their own space and the adults did too. The beds were comfy. The kitchen had everything we needed. The property is beautiful and so peaceful. The kids loved playing in the creek behind the backyard. They also loved being able to go play at the football field behind the creek. The house has all types of board games, ping pong balls and paddles, so much for the kids to do! The location is great too. It’s so close to stores and restaurants yet feels secluded. We would definitely stay here again!

When we arrived for our 4:00 PM check in, they were still cleaning the cabin from the previous guest and we had to wait 30 minutes or so for them to finish. The bathroom counters were dirty along with some other small cleaning issues. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay. We cooked breakfast in the morning, hiked and hit the casino during the day, then bbq'd and hung out with the ping pong table and SSB melee on the GameCube at night. (We were very impressed when we found the GameCube and melee.) We will definitely be back again.

Hello Michael, I am very sorry the house was not ready upon your arrival and that you found the cleaning inadequate. I wish you had let me know upon your arrival so I could had sent the cleaners back to take care of the cleaning issues while you were there. I have sent your review to our cleaning company to let them know that the cleaning crew did not do an acceptable job. We pay a lot of money for professional and timely cleaning and expect our guests to arrive to a spotless home.

Old and rundown

You are paying to be a short drive to Tahoe. Limited supplies, come prepared with extra toilet paper. No outdoor seating to enjoy area, bring beach chairs. House is totally run down, dark shag carpet covers entire space. Additional, we accidentally left all our fishing equipment, reached out to property manager, he did not respond. Guess he knows no one comes back again.

I am sorry you were disappointed. The home is exactly as pictured on the VRBO ad. Our professional housekeeping leaves 3 rolls of TP in each bathroom which is what they leave in all of the homes they clean. My husband told you that we would ask housekeeping about the fishing poles and they did not find them. Had housekeeping found the lost items they would had been returned. That is the best we can offer, we cannot be responsible for items left behind. The house holds 10 people and is priced very fairly for what it is. A clean well- stocked home, nothing fancy but on a great lot with a year round stream in the back, close to the lake, skiing, golf, shopping, etc. It is simply our Tahoe Cabin that we share with others. I would suggest you increase your budget if you would like a nicer home that fits 10 people.

Great family vacation

My family recently stayed at this property for our first family vacation. Camille was a great host and answered all my questions in a timely manner. Great communication. Checkin in/out was a breeze. The home is clean and spacious enough for our group of 6 adults, 2 kids and a dog. It had all the kitchen amenities and bath/beach towels needed for our meals and bath/beach time. The laundry facilities were a great plus.The neighborhood was quiet and great for morning and evening walks. The creek in the back has a relaxing sound and is nice to listen to. Appreciated the fenced in yard to keep the critters contained. The cabin is in a great location with a Raley's very close by. Thank you Camille for allowing us to stay in your family's home. It's clearly a well lived in home with a lot of good times spent there.

I own this home along with my brother and sister. We were born and raised in Tiburon/Belvedere CA. and spent much of our summers and winter weekends in this cozy second home. My father bought this home for my mother after our first cabin burned down in the big Mt. Rose fire in the 1960's. Mom loved the sound of running water and often shared found memories of playing in her grandmother's creek. Dad wanted mom to have her own place with a peaceful creek to sit by and read a book or simply watch us kids play in.

This is a great family vacation home! It has good separation of space for adults and kids. Its been a wonderful place for three generations of our family to enjoy. So many found memories here! Tahoe is special and we like to share our home with others so they too can build their own memories.
