Plan for many beach days with ease using the community s private beach access! You will have everything you need with a fully equipped kitchen, an inviting living area, a foosball table, an office workspace, and a sunny balcony ideal for enjoying your morning coffee! Take a short stroll to the heart of town or stay in and enjoy the views after you unwind in the complex s pool and hot tub. This Oceanfront gated community has 2 pools, 2 spas, steps to beach, koi ponds, 2 lighted tennis courts, clubhouse, and top location. Walk to shops, restaurants, the train station, Cedros Design District, and Del Mar Race Track!

- QUIET HOURS: 9pm - 9am
- NO PARTIES, GATHERINGS, NO EXTRA GUESTS THAT OVER OCCUPIES THE HOME, OR EVENTS ALLOWED. Strictly enforced.
- THIS HOME IS NOT PET-FRIENDLY. The homeowner is severely allergic and cannot allow any pets. Pets are not allowed in rentals in this private community.
- VIDEO PHOTOGRAPHY: There shall be no video, still photography or film production of any kind without the express written consent of the owner. Fees apply.
- SMOKING: This home and all Vacation Rentals by Kimberly properties are strictly non-smoking. Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere on the premises. A minimum $250 fee will be charged if evidence of smoking is found.
PLEASE NOTE!
- Please take note that this home is NOT baby and/or child proofed. It is your responsibility to walk the home and/or property upon arrival, to make this space safe for your children. We assume no liability for harm/death to any baby or child staying or visiting this vacation rental.
- Please note that early check-ins and late check-outs are available at our discretion. There are extra fees for either of these add-ons when available.
- There is exterior surveillance camera recording 24/7. The camera is located outside the front door
- The desktop computers are no longer in the home.
- Cellular phone service is weak throughout the condo and the entire complex. Be sure to connect to the condo s WiFi.
- Stairs are throughout the complex, leading to the front door, and inside of the unit.
- Please consider the windows in the dining area if you have young children. The low windows do not open, however, there is a ledge to stand on to reach the regular height windows. Please refer to the photos of the dining room.
- This condo does not have air conditioning, but there are ceiling fans throughout.
- The upstairs office is used as a bedroom. There is a full size sofa bed to sleep 1 guest.
- The North Spa is currently closed, but the spa near the tennis courts remains open.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty, aside from a $500 restocking fee.
- Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment (not including deposit and cleaning fee).
- Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. If you wish to shorten your existing reservation with VRBKIM, and your reservation is further than 30 days away, we do charge a $100 restocking fee to make this adjustment.
Parties and Overoccupancy Policy:
If the guest violates any of our rules regarding noise, parties, or overoccupancy, and the host receives complaints from neighbors, a $500 fine will be imposed per occurrence. In addition, should these allegations be found true, the guest will be subject to immediate eviction without a refund.
