Willkommen in unserem geräumigen Penthouse A. K.A. Maison de la Royal. Das Hotel liegt im Faubourg Marigny ist eine 200 Jahre alte Gemeinde, APA eines der besten Viertel im Jahr 2009 gewählt. Dieses versteckte Juwel stammt aus der Mitte des 19. Jahrhunderts und liegt an der historischen Royal Street, nur 7 Blocks vom French Quarter entfernt. Es ist eine geräumige 3,622 Quadrat. ft. mit 4 Schlafzimmern und 3 vollen Bädern.

Auf dem Weg nach oben "Es ist die gesamte zweite Etage" und in das Wohnzimmer, die einen 71 "großen Fernseher, Sofa, Sofa, Queen-Size-Schlafsofa, Tiki-Bar für Unterhaltung bietet. Französisch Türen führen Sie auf die ruhige Terrasse, wo Sie die Geräusche der nahe gelegenen Kirchenglocken und Hörner von den Schaufelrad Booten auf dem Fluss genießen können. Es gibt reichlich Platz zum Zurücklehnen und Entspannen mit Sitzgelegenheiten für 12 Personen

Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über Kingsize-Bett, Marmorboden, Deckenventilator, 2 begehbare Kleiderschränke mit reichlich Stauraum, Flachbild-TV, Kamin für die kalten halbmondförmigen Stadt Nächte, Master-Bad mit Dusche, Terrazzo-Boden, Badewanne, schöne Granit, Wandbild von Blaine Kerns Künstler von 1961. Voll ausgestattete Küche mit Granit-Arbeitsplatten, reichlich Koch- und Serviergeschirr; Tischbestuhlung für 8 Personen.

Volllast Waschmaschine und Trockner, einschließlich Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett sind in der Waschküche. Der Flur, der zu den drei anderen Schlafzimmern und zwei Badezimmern führt, ist mit lokalen Fotografien für Ihr Sehvergnügen gesäumt. Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein gemütliches Doppelstockbett mit Schrank, Deckenventilator und TV. Hier können Sie abhängen oder einen kleinen freundschaftlichen Wettbewerb veranstalten.

Absolut KEINE HAUSTIERE sind unter keinen Umständen erlaubt. Besitzer ist allergisch.

I travel a lot- this was my fifth time at Mardi Gras and I have to say this is one of the best rentals I have ever stayed in!!!! The hosts were extremely welcoming and responsive throughout our stay. House is super spacious with very comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. To top it all off the location is unbeatable!!! Very central and walkable to all the best party spots, bars and restaurants. Stay here, and you’ll be so glad you did!!

Fantastic place for a family vacation

We vacationed here with our adult "kids" and it was the perfect place to hang out and spend time together when we weren't exploring the city. This condo was every bit as spacious and nice as it looks in the pictures. The dining table seats 8 and there was plenty of seating in both living spaces, along with a ping pong table. Everything was ready when we arrived and the host responded to questions quickly.

A Ten-Star Stay

A Ten-Star StayThe house, the furnishings, and the location were all great and even better than advertised. The caring snd communication with Michael and Erika made us feel like we were staying with family. The location felt very safe. Family members ran every morning and many walked to and from the French Quarter.

Great Stay

Great house with all the amenities you could want. The owners, Michael and Erika, are very attentive and went "above and beyond" to make sure our stay was exceptional. Would definitely rent from them again. Quick walk to the French Quarter and fun local neighborhood bars and restaurants.

Great location, fantastic hosts, would stay again!

We had a great time at Maison De La Royal in New Orleans. The location was great, close to great music and a quick walk to the French Quarter. The owners were helpful with any questions we had, and also gave us great recommendations! Don't think twice about renting this penthouse.

We loved Michael and Erika’s place! Perfect place to say for our NOLA trip to see Taylor Switft! Very clean, comfortable and spacious for our group. We loved the living spaces and patio! Nicer than Expected

The place was very nice and clean. One note that everyone in the group mentioned when we arrived, which was that the stay was much bigger, brighter, and nicer than what the photos posted showed. We were pleasantly surprised when arriving and we had a great stay. Additionally, the spent a good amount of time in the outside area as it was cooler than usual the weekend that we stayed. The host was very accommodating and the area was very nice only being a quick 5 minute walk to coffee/breakfast. Frenchman street is also a walkable distance.

Happy all around

Sorority sisters weekend

The place was great. Plenty of room. Had a great time. The drag brunch at The Country Club was a highlight. And easy walking distance. Make your reservation early!

Hidden Surprise

This place is really great. Lots of room. Close to bars and shops and fun things todo. Hosts check in frequently to see if we needed anything. We will be back.

Christmas stay

Michael and Erika have created a home away from home. They spent the time to decorate for Chriatmas and ensure that we felt the Christmas spirit Location was convenient to the French Quarter but far enough to be able to relax when needed. I would highly recommend this rental for another family gathering or a trip with close friends.

Perfect Bywater location and super clean

No better location than this for easy access to Frenchmen and Bywater area attractions. Friendly neighborhood with loads of unique bars, restaurants, and cafes. Never have I experienced a cleaner apartment. Wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else next time I’m in NOLA.

Location, Location! We just love to hear church bells and the paddlewheel horns while sitting on the patio. We enjoy the convenience of walking to French Market, French Quarter, Frenchmen St., shopping, restaurants, coffee shops & bars. You are close enough and yet away from all the hustle & bustle of the F.Q. There are also the nostalgic street cars you can hop onto at Elysian Fields and St. Claude or the one across from the French Market. This is European style living within an American city.
