Our home offers many amenities, including a fenced in backyard, home gym, home office, fire-pit stocked with firewood, pellet grill, patio furniture and your own private putting green to tune up your short-game after that double bogey on 18.
Located on one of Charlotte area's top rated and most beautiful golf courses, you are situated just two miles from Lake Norman and all the recreational activities the lake has to offer. Fifteen minutes from Birkdale Village in Huntersville. Twenty minutes from the quaint and adorable downtown Lincolnton with all the gift shops and restaurants the "Mayberry-like" main street has to offer.
If Charlotte's red hot nightlife or professional sporting events are on your vacation itinerary, you are 30 minutes from Uptown Charlotte and 40 minutes from the SouthPark and Quail Hollow Country Club area.
This location is also in close proximity to numerous hiking trails, US Whitewater Center, Charlotte Motor Speedway and Carowinds Amusement Park.
Our home is two stories with the master living area and laundry on the main level. The second level offers four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, workout room - bonus room.
