The second bedroom has a queen bed along with a twin bed and a Smart TV. The third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds so this condo sleeps 9 people comfortably. In addition to the Smart TVs (you can log in with your credentials) there is also cable TV, central AC, high speed internet/wifi and a full-sized washer and dryer. This condo is on the third floor and the building has an elevator. You'll also get two parking spots. This is the perfect condo for the perfect Ocean City vacation! You can walk to Fish Tales, Bahia Marina, The Other One Brewing Co., Cowboy Coast Saloon, Blu Crab House, Dunkin, Mini Golf just to name a few.

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule. Also, this is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets, sorry. Pool is seasonal Memorial Day to Labor Day.

*The property comes with comforters/blankets and pillows. However, linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $159.00. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillow cases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

*Outdoor pools are open seasonally, typically at a minimum Memorial Day - Labor Day. Dates and times are determined by each building and OCMD Getaways has no control over open dates and times.
