This property is beautifully located less than ten minutes to Healdsburg and to Windsor where shopping, wine tasting, concerts and a multitude of year-round events are offered to visitors and locals alike. The features of this home and property are many, including smart devices, gourmet kitchen, luxurious living room with gas fireplace and oversized TV and comfy chairs and sofa. Outdoors are inground pool (heated May 1- October 31, extra charge outside these dates dependent upon season $300-500 start up and $100-150/day), hot tub, outdoor kitchen with lots of seating and tables, gardens, outdoor shower, views, and much more.

Upstairs three bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms are located. All have their own Tv, and a bench or chair for dressing, putting on shoes, etc. The primary has a private balcony overlooking the backyard and vineyards, and the two guest rooms share a second balcony.
