Navarre Stay

The house was spacious and as advertised. It was a bit chilly for the pool but my youngest still enjoyed it. It was a good get away for us.

Pool was a huge bonus

Our family vacation was a success and the pool was a huge bonus to it. This is the first time we booked a stay with a private pool and I’m not sure we’ll ever book our vacation without one from now on. The place was very nice! Clean and nicely decorated. The one and only down fall we found, was the air couldn’t keep up with the heat during the day and made for a bit of a tough time falling asleep but we kept the fans on and it helped. Thank you for letting us stay in your space for the week!

Beautiful home, Convenient location!

The home is clean, beautiful, and well maintained. In a quiet, safe neighborhood. Navarre beach is just 11 minutes away. The kids had a lot of fun in pool. Hidden gem!

We had a great stay here! Everything was even better than what is pictured. Very clean. Close to groceries, restaurants and beaches(Navarre, Destin,Pensicola). Kitchen is stocked with cookware.Pool is awesome .Management is very quick to respond. 100% can’t wait to return.

They had an issue with the pump timer so they water wasn’t as clear as it would have been but they were correcting it!

Perfect place!

Property had everything we could need. Perfect size, close to beach(10 minute drive), neighborhood is quite, amazing pool! Plenty of games to keep busy when raining. Owners thought of everything you could need. Screened porch has a fire pit. Lots of lounging chairs and a gas grill.Only thing i wish was an option, was a pool heater. Spring weather is so iffy. But other than that we will definitely book again!!!

Great place

We really enjoyed our stay. The property manager was easy to get ahold of and very quick to respond back. The house was easy to get to and only 10 minute drive to the beach Only downfall is the lack of necessities at the property. Like only 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom With 12 guests for 6days that wasnt cutting it. Not enought paper towels, trash bags, washcloths, etc. We ended up buying some of all the above and left extras at the house. We would definitely stay again.

One roll of toilet paper per bathroom, fresh roll of paper towels and 2 garbage bags for main container and small bag for waste basket, dish soap dish tabs, I will address adding more toilet paper. Much appreciated.

Nice quiet and peaceful

Not having the main fridge inside was a little hassle but there was one out in the garage for us to use. The ac broke the 1st nice and was fix really fast once we called. I was very impressed with the speed. Supper nice clean place. The pool was nice still a little cold tho. Dead end street so not much traffic. The street is very friendly and very quiet at 9/930 great for family with younger kids. Oh the screened in porch was the best spent all my time when home out there.

Vacation property that was a home perfect for all ages

The house was beautifully decorated and had so many cute items that were absolutely darling. My children loved their rooms especially my 10 year old with the multiple bunk beds in her room and the 16 year old feeling like a grown-up in the eloquent decorated queen size room. My husband and I slept comfortably in the king size room. The pool was extremely neat with lots of toys so we all had a blast. The nights outside were so gorgeous that it made the decision of choosing a private home with a pool the first time the best decision ever especially with everyone weary of the beach right now. We loved it, enjoyed our stay, and definitely will stay again A.S.A.P. when available!!! Thanks again to the manager that was so nice and personable and we hope to meet the owners as well to compliment them or hope they see this!!! Beautiful place!!!

Family beach trip

Property was very nice and roomie. Pool was nice and beds were comfy. Check in was lacking with contact and important info. House only had 1 roll of TP per bathroom for 9 people. Dishwasher had no washing detergent. When contacted about supplies, no response was received. I was very unsatisfied with the property management group. Please review your level of commitment to this property.

I am sorry David that you had an issue with check in instructions. We sent an email to you with all the codes and instructions when you book. I will address the starter kit we leave in all units for arrival. Every unit has a startup kit and then the guest goes and buy the rest of the products during your stay. We supply a fresh packaged roll of toilet paper (sealed) for each bathroom and Fresh roll of Paper towel, Snacks, Dish washer tabs, Palmolive dish soap, scrubbers etc. that we pay for from management. We also sent you emails for check in and any problems to reach us at our direct cell phones, no service providers you get us all the time. In each unit have stands that have our direct phone numbers to call with any problems and check in and check out instructions along with pool safety. Going through VRBO does not seem to get us the messages when you go through there. We strive to make our guest happy.

Although we didn’t get to stay at this property we loved where our host switched us to. A couple of weeks before our trip our host called to inform me of the pool not being quite ready for our stay. The pool was one of the reasons we picked this house. The other property we ended up with was just as gorgeous. The house was stock with towels and washcloths and that meant a lot to us. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need to cook a Thanksgiving dinner with. It even had a crockpot. Even though it was cold outside my kids loved the pool. There were even pool toys and life jackets for the kids. We would definitely stay with this host again.
