This 4 bedroom/2 bath lakefront home boasts an unbeatable view with windows across the entire front of the house facing the lake. The open floor plan has a fully stocked kitchen, a long dining table to accommodate the entire party, and plenty of comfortable couches and seating to relax and enjoy the view from the living room. There is no boat launch at the property, if you bring or rent a boat you will need to launch it at Smith Lake State Park.


You may have to go off the beaten path to get to The Cove at Crane Hill but once you get there the views and tranquility are priceless.

Jack and Jill Bathroom for bedrooms 3 and 4: double vanity with standing shower.
Hall Bath: Tub/Shower combo with a single vanity
Living room: 3 sofas, 3 chairs an additional small dining table for playing cards or extra seating, large TV with Roku.
Dining room: a large dining table that will seat 10, console table with family games and cards inside.
Kitchen: Equipped with all cooking needs, Hamilton Beach Flex Brew coffee maker for use with K-Cups or a basket filter for multiple cups. There is NO internet at this property. We do have satelilite TV.

The water level is seasonal. They start dropping water levels in September.

Things that are provided: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towel roll, toilet paper roll for each bathroom, and dish soap.
Things you may want to bring:
Extra toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, wood for fire pit, beach towels, etc.
