We completely renovated this home recently, furnished it tastefully and equipped it with everything you need for a perfect stay. The best part is the huge open backyard which becomes magical when the sun sets. Imagine yourself sitting around the fire pit, enjoying the beautiful lights, slow music and a good glass of wine.



The Space:

Imagine waking up to the smell of fresh coffee and the sound of singing birds. Enjoy the Florida weather in the huge backyards. This property sits on half an acre and features a spacious shared backyard. While the yard is not divided between the two duplex units, each guest has their own private firepit, grill, and seating area. It’s rare for both units to use the yard at the same time, so you’ll most likely have the entire space to yourself when enjoying it. We kindly ask that you only use the firepit and seating area designated for your unit and respect the privacy of the other guests.



Take a quick 3 minute drive to Blue Spring State Park and see the natural beauty of Florida and swim with the manatees! Return back to the lovely home, relax in the beautifully furnished living room and get ready to grill! After dinner, start up the fire, enjoy the backyard lights which create an awesome atmosphere and take a picture with our instant film camera. Place your picture on our memory wall and create memories to last for a lifetime!

We provide initial supplies for the home; however, for longer stays, you will likely need more essentials. Here's what we offer: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher pods, washer pods, and kitchen towels. While trash cans come equipped, you may require additional bags.



Check-in is available anytime after 4 PM on the day of your arrival, and checkout is by 10 AM on the day of your departure.



Guest Access:

Guests get access code and they are able to check-in at any time at their convenience.
