Plenty of trailer parking! Launch at Lake Rousseau Dam & Recreational Area right down the street. Come for a weekend or stay for a month this home is perfect for the outdoorsman! Fish from the dock, go scalloping, enjoy the nature coast as it was intended. Located in Crystal Manor, close to restaurants, things to do, lots of events like the manatee festival, scalloping, 4th of July festivities and so much more.
