Memorial Hall is a space that was converted from the the previous American Legion. There are 2 bedrooms with queen size beds located at the front of the house by the main entrance and a full kitchen and 2 bathrooms located on the opposite end of the house. The full bathroom has a standup shower and the half bath has a stackable washer and dryer. Both bathrooms have electric Toto toilets.

There is plenty of parking as well as outdoor space for grilling and hanging out. We have recently installed a fence that offers lots of privacy. There is a front gate with a keypad for entry. Due to the gate, pets and children can easily leave the property, so please be aware if you allow them outside. There are also mountain lions in the area that can pose a risk to unattended children and pets. Always keep an eye on your children and pets when they are outside. Updated pictures coming soon.

We allow up to 4 guests, and only offer sleeping space in the 2 queen size beds. Our furniture and floors are not intended for sleeping. Due to fire zoning regulations we cannot allow cots or air mattresses on the floor.

2 well behaved pets are welcome into our home. No pets on any furniture at any time. If we discover that pets have been on the furniture there will be an additional cleaning fee. Pets must be on a leash when outside. Any pets left alone in the house must be in a crate. If you would like to pamper your doggies during your visit, be sure to schedule an appointment at K9 Haven Resort located about 10 minutes from our home.

Please do not move or rearrange our furniture. We have things set up the way we want them. Please respect our home. This is where we live and only open up for renters when we are away from home. As this is our home & primary residence, we will have personal items located through out the space. Please respect our personal property.

Our white suv will be parked in the driveway. It will not impede any parking spaces.
