Wonderful home and location! The beach and pier is right there! Home had beach chairs, umbrellas and things for the kids! Would come back!

Sadly we had terrible weather for our trip but the lovely and thoughtfully updated decor and aesthetic were so appreciated as we spent most of our time indoors. Great easy access to the beach.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely property so much we were sad to leave ! The unit is spacious fragua nice view of the pool and has a great balcony. It came equipped with all sorts of goodies, including an amazing closet fully stocked with boogie boards, cooler beach umbrella and much more! The location is close to everything which was especially convenient since my husband needed to be close to rocket park for on call work while the rest of us commuted back and forth to UFC for baseball. Jason was fantastic and very attentive ensuring we arrived and departed without any issues. Highly recommend!

The Host was very responsive and kept in constant contact to ensure our stay was perfect. The condo and the property are a little dated, but very comfortable. You can't beat the 50yrd walk to the beach and pier. Our family had a great time and would definately consider staying there again.

Relaxing beachfront getaway

It was great to spend a few days with family at this condo right on the beach. It is such a great location for exploring the area and there are a lot of nice restaurants within walking distance. The condo is nicely appointed with comfortable beds. The cable TV is great if you want to watch local channels and live sports. Jason is a very helpful and attentive host.

Comfortable and relaxing

We had a very relaxing time at Pier Pressure. Exactly as described and close to everything: beach, pool, restaurants and grocery store. Kids loved the beach toys. Will definitely stay here the next time we’re in Cocoa Beach!

Great little beach condo!

Will book again. Location was perfect, and place was quiet. Weird pool rules and pool times was a bummer. Place could use a bit of updating, but it was a perfect stay in a little beach condo and was the highlight of our trip.

Great Weekend Getaway!

Really great condo, my wife and my enjoyed a long weekend here. Jason is a great host, with great communication. This is a quiet area but right outside of the busier tourist area so great location close to everything. The beach was quiet too, but it is Florida in September so mostly Floridians this time of year that can brave the heat. Will definitely stay again!

Beach&pool rock!

We had a nice stay at Pier pressure. Large, heated pool which our toddler loved! We were even able to swim on an unexpectedly cool day! Host who genuinely cares about your group having a good experience with lots of communication!

Terrific stay in Coca Beach! 4 min easy walk from door to toe’s in the ocean. View of pool & ocean from the balcony. Great decor & everything you need for a peaceful getaway. Perfect location & short walk to the pier. Covered carport a plus. We’d stay again!

Awesome location, steps from the beach and a short walk to the pier. KSC a short drive away. Good sized bedrooms. Our kids enjoyed the bunk bed and made good use of the beach toys! We will be back and stay longer next time.
