The Space:
Set atop a sky-high hillside in the SoCal town of Poway, the showstopper at this one-of-a-kind property is the amazing outdoor entertainment area that is perfect for weddings or events. A paradise awaits on the private grounds with a pool, spa, basketball/volleyball court, playground, games galore, and a huge entertainment pavilion with billiards, ping pong, and karaoke. Inside, every corner of the home has been expertly styled with curated furnishings and loaded with fun amenities to provide guests with a getaway experience like no other.

Enter the four-story residence on the first floor where the social spaces begin with easy flow between an elegant dining area and super comfy living room. There's also a full bathroom conveniently located on this level. The 2nd floor features a massive gourmet kitchen with bar seating and breakfast nook, coffee bar, 2 separate dining areas, living room, and foosball table for non-stop entertainment. Both floors are modern and light-filled with views dominating every room to create the perfect backdrop for entertaining, sharing meals, streaming shows on the Smart TVs, or simply relaxing.

Your health and safety are our top priority. We perform an enhanced deep cleaning process between every reservation, with special attention to frequently touched surfaces.

The house has 3 central HVAC systems to keep the temperature comfortable year-round with separate thermostats both upstairs and downstairs.

While this home is relatively secluded, there is one neighbor who is not to be disturbed, especially during the overnight quiet hours.
