This perfectly positioned condominium with private lanai will inspire your sense of adventure as well as be your space for relaxation! Support Maui's economic recovery by building your book of vacation memories in central Kihei close to everything you want to do! The ocean views extend out to the islands of Molokini and Kaho‘olawe. From this vantage point you will spot beginning surfers at their favorite Maui beaches, while just below is a view of one of the three pools and the gardens. Several tennis courts await your game! We are located in building one in a 'loft-level design' condominium on the fourth floor.. Your home in paradise conveys cohesive modern lines and a soothing monochromatic color palette, new wall art, linens, and furnishings! This condo functions well for families of three to five. The second bedroom and bath on the loft level has 2 single beds that can be arranged as one king bed. The main floor consists of one principal bedroom with a queen bed and a separate full bath. This bath is accessed from the hallway that leads to the kitchen, living and dining areas. A new queen size air mattress is also available. . A vaulted ceiling enhances the open floor plan. New AC keeps things cool; as well as ceiling fans throughout. Fast Wi-Fi and Smart TV will make your entertainment or work carefree! A laundry closet near the kitchen contains a stacked washer and dryer for your convenience. The compact efficiently designed kitchen is well equipped for ease in preparing snacks or meals. There are spacious BBQ's areas on the grounds. This location is unique in that it is walkable! Walk across the street to Charley Young Beach and Cove Park, where beginning surfers are practicing. It is only a short distance to Kalama Park and a playground perfect for families with small children. Walk to boutiques and shopping, Discover famous eateries such as the Paia Fish Market and the South Maui Gardens food trucks that await your strolling delight. Foodland grocery store is a short walk north. Get together with family and friends and create your Maui memories starting here! You will have endless ideas of things to see and do in this Kihei/Wailea south shore area and beyond! Vacation planning couldn't be easier! Among items provided are two beach chairs and beach towels, fine linens, bath towels and accessories, kitchen dishware, some cookware and utensils. Hair dryer, iron, and bath cleansers. You will receive two documents when reserving; one is your guest information to assist with check in and house policies and the second is a handout from on-site management taking you through registration, parking, layout of complex and important contact numbers! From this location, exploring the island is easy from world renowned beaches to Hana, to Haleakala, Kula or La Perouse, We look forward to welcoming you to Maui and to this condominium retreat!

Great condo in a great location

Nicely updated condo in a great location. Great layout, nice furniture, and ocean view. Quick and easy access to Charlie Young beach and restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

Great stay in Kihei

We have stayed at several units in Maui Vista and this is one of the best. Very clean! Unit is in front, right across the street from Charley Young Beach. Easy walk to beaches, restaurants, and shopping. Would definitely stay here again. Easy communication with owner and property manager.

Great location Great View

Very nice top floor ocean facing condo near everything in Kihei. Modern decor is nice. Nothing fancy but everything new and comfortable. Worked perfectly for our family of four.

Excellent

Our family loved this condo. There was plenty of room for our family of 4. The ocean view is awesone and we saw some some amazing sunsets from our balcony. Kihei is so relaxing and peaceful and the central location is perfect for trips to Hana and Kapalua. I highly recommend!

Ocean View Condo in Older Condo Complex

We've stayed in furnished rentals for the majority of the last year and out of all of them, this was by far our worst experience. We would never stay in this complex again for the following reasons: 1. The master is a dark room with hardly any light plus the light and fan did not work. 2. When anyone smokes around the building it fills the master with an INTENSE smoke smell. I was told to contact security, who said they couldn't do anything unless we were able to identify the unit the smoke was coming from. 3. The master is located off the main walkway near the complex trash, so the noise was loud with people returning drunk in the middle of the night and trash disposal. 4. Our kids were not comfortable using the pools, even though we've never had issues with pools before. People were very rude and complained if they made any sounds during pool hours, yet many nights adults were obnoxious and loud in the pool, which can be heard very loudly inside the unit. As for the actual unit- it was clean aside from glass in the loft my son cut his foot on. The furniture, paint, and floors were newer. There was a nice ocean view from the balcony with a quick walk across the street to access Charlie Young Beach. We were charged for stained towels after we left; I'm not sure how we stained the towels, but images were provided upon request. I was in contact with the owner during our stay who was responsive and offered additional cleaning if needed. Condo was 4 stars, complex 1 star.

We are so sorry you had this experience. It would have been good if you had explained to us hat security did not respond to your complaint about smoke. We are instructed by complex management to instruct guests to report to security in order that they may immediately investigate the source.. We will follow up on that. The remotes for the fans and lights are being labeled because we have discovered that guests move them from the applicable rooms.. Noise after quiet hours should be reported to security. As mentioned there is a red phone to reach security after hours outside the office on the ground floor in this building. Your children are allowed to have fun in the pool during pool hours. We do wish we could control the rudeness of adults. .

Walk across the street to Charley Young Beach and Cove Park, best beginning surfing spots on all of Maui. It is only a short distance to Kalama Park and a playground, the famous Maui food trucks , gardens, and shopping! Discover eateries such as Paia Fish Market. Foodland grocery store is a short walk north.
Its easy to get together with family and friends while relaxing or for exercise at multiple pools and tennis courts. Maui memories are yours to create! You will have endless ideas of things to do and see in the Kihei/Wailea south shore area and beyond! Vacation planning couldn't be easier!
