Sangria ist ein Resort am Meer im Herzen von South Padre Island. Es ist eine malerische zweistöckige Anlage mit nur 40 Wohneinheiten und nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt. Sie genießen einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den privaten Balkon und entspannen bei den Geräuschen der Brandung und der sich wiegenden Palmen. Der Balkon ist perfekt für Ihren Morgenkaffee oder eine Margarita am Nachmittag. Genießen Sie es, im Internet zu surfen oder den 46 'T. V. zu sehen, während Sie die schönen blauen Wellen hören und sehen, die auf den weißen Sandstrand treffen. Das Resort verfügt auch über einen beheizten Pool, einen Whirlpool und einen Tennisplatz.

Diese Wohnung im zweiten Stock Nr. 207 bietet Platz für vier bis sechs Personen. Es wurde kürzlich renoviert und aktualisiert, um alle Ihre Urlaubsbedürfnisse zu erfüllen. Alle Fragen können von der Verwaltungsgesellschaft vor Ort beantwortet werden, die während der Bürozeiten zur Verfügung steht.

Very enjoyable time close to the beach

Property was very accurately represented online. It's a simple condo that provides close and easy access to the beach. We had an enjoyable stay and both the office and the on-site personnel were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful.

Very nice location

Nothing compares to the beach views here! Just beautiful. It’s not fancy but it’s clean and comfortable. Property management was very attentive and the staff were so friendly when we were leaving. We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay. Thank you for having us.

Gina was a fantastic property manager

When we arrived on Friday, the internet was out, dishwasher wasn’t working , and there was an exposed plug due to condo remodel. I was able to contact Gina and she folks first thing Saturday and all corrected. Very responsive.

Completely amazing!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I can't say enough about this place. The condo was amazing; more than enough space for two teenage boys and us. Beds are comfy. Living space was perfect. Kitchen fully equipped. Sitting on the balcony enjoying our coffee to the sound of the waves. The complex has tons for the kids-tennis court, basketball hoop, pool, not to mention the beach and ocean right outside the door. Magical place. Great memories. Attentive owner and site staff. We will be back!

Great condo!

We had a great time at the Sangria! This is our second stay here. Our condo has a fantastic view of the ocean. The kitchen is fully equipped if you want to cook. There are board games and puzzles for the kids. The master bed is comfortable and my kids liked their beds. There is also a roll out bed and two cots if you need extra beds. The garbage disposal was broken but maintance was quick to fix it. The condo is nicely decorated. The Sangria itself has a very nice pool and a walkway to the beach. Gilbert and Gina are very nice. Gilbert even told my kids about some extra toys the property has that they could take to the beach. This is a hidden gem with excellent staff, family friendly, and lovely condos. We had a great time staying here and plan to be back in the future.

Great Getaway

The property is not fancy - it's older and in need of some updates, but it is clean and the management is so nice and helpful. The location can't be beat, and we liked that it was a small complex. We enjoyed sitting on our ocean view balcony at night, and walking straight onto the beach during the day. On the weekends there are umbrellas and chairs for rent and Sangria residents get half off. Otherwise they have a closet with chairs and umbrellas - though limited in supply. Be sure to bring all necessities, they only provide the kitchenware, toilet paper roll, paper towel roll, and bath towels & soap. No salt/pepper or spices, etc. CVS just 1 block away. Overall great experience and would recommend.

Great beach front location.

Great beach front location. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Although the place could use some fresh paint and new bed linen, overall we were pleased. The only negative is the fact that the condo didn’t have a washer & dryer. There is a very small on-site laundry room, but most of the equipment was out of order and the room was very dirty and had no air conditioner.

Perfect Spot!

We loved our time at the condo. The bathrooms were very clean, beds and linens comfortable and the unit was laid out nicely. It was easy to get to and close to the bridge. And the view! Every chance we got we were on the balcony watching and listening to the waves rolling in. So peaceful!

Great location, ambience and view!

Three of us friends stayed over the Christmas holidays and we had a fabulous time; the view is outstanding! the layout, and decor give the place a great ambiance, and the amenities and location make it extremely comfortable. Perfect Beach Getaway

Everything was great! Comfortable stay, loved how close we were to the beach - just a short walk, beautiful view from the balcony. Beautiful property, hot tub & pool area were nice. The only thing that could have made it absolutely perfect was an updated kitchen - the coffee maker was in disrepair and the only new appliance was the microwave. It was strange because the rest of the condo was so beautiful and updated with the exception of the kitchen - which made it difficult to prepare full meals, make coffee and drinks. Communication with management easy and quick with no hassle. Overall it was very nice and we would stay again!

Perfect Getaway with Easy Social Distancing

The unit was clean, and bigger than it appears in the pictures. It was quiet, the staircase to walk up was semi private, only one other unit uses the stairs, and we never saw them. Easy to cook in the kitchen. There is a coffee maker with filters, but bring your own ground coffee. Plenty of pillows and towels available. This part of the beach was not crowded when we were there, and most of the people we saw were families and seniors. There is soap, but bring shampoo/other toiletries. Also, if you want to grill, pack a bag of charcoal. We are glad we brought salt, pepper, and condiments with the groceries we brought along. We would book again!

Great view, On the Beach, Excellent communication w/Manager

The views from this condo were excellent and we enjoyed the close proximity to the beach. We were satisfied with how clean we found the condo, which is particularly important right now. The condo owner and property manager were both very quick to respond to our questions and requests. We were very satisfied and would stay in this condo again. It was the perfect size for our family of 2 adults, 2 teens. Two things I would want to know - the condo building is a little dated and our unit's kitchen and bathrooms were also a little dated. It was not important to us and did not take away from our trip, but if you are looking for a brand new place, Sangria is not for you. Also, I am not sure if this is because of COVID, but renters should bring some basic supplies with them (coffee bean grinder, paper towels, cooking oils and spices, etc.). There weren't any provisions there, but again, that may be because of the pandemic.

First time in SPI and a great place to stay!

Our first time in SPI and we really enjoyed our stay! Condo was clean, beds were comfortable, lots of towels available and close to the beach. Chad went above and beyond to supply us with an extra cot which was very much appreciated. Coty and Gilbert were very helpful with all our questions. The pool was also clean and we loved that we can use the tables around the pool to eat our lunch and take a break from the sun. Overall a great weekend getaway and we will be back for sure!
