Welcome to Laguna Terrace on Cedar Creek Lake! This resort-style home is the perfect destination for your lakeside getaway. Bring your family and friends, the home easily accommodated up to 20 guests.
The lagoon-inspired double pool is the highlight of this beautiful property! The waterslide helps make it an unforgettable experience! Swim up to the outdoor bar area that is part of the stunning outdoor kitchen and living area of the cabana. The small refrigerator and icemaker will help keep your drinks cold and convenient all day long! The television will help you keep up with the big game while enjoying lake
life. And the attached bathroom will mean you may never go inside the house!
If you are bringing your favorite grill master, the property has both a gas grill on the back porch and a smoker in the cabana available for your use. And if that isn’t all, the pool area has two different lounging areas with fire pits. Both are available for your use.
Believe it of not, this property also has a sandy beach area on the lake for your use. Enjoy the private cove that is near the open water of the lake. The property has two kayaks that you can use and it’s the perfect way to explore the lake. If the sandy beach isn’t enough, try swimming, fishing, and sunbathing on the private dock that is also available for your use. If you are bringing your watercraft during your
stay, you are free to tie up at the dock.
At the end of a perfect day outside, come on in to this beautiful home to relax with your family and friends! The back porch is ideal for outdoor eating with both a small refrigerator and gas grill conveniently available. And with another outdoor television, stick around after dinner and watch a movie and enjoy the night breezes!
The nicely appointed home has a large, open concept living, dining and kitchen that is ideal for gathering or spreading out after a fun day on the lake! The kitchen has all the amenities necessary for a gourmet meal with all your friends gathered round to keep you company! The home features five bedrooms and four bathrooms that are all equipped with cable television and its own sound system with music at the
touch of a button. The bedrooms include a bunk room that is a great hangout for the kids to get away and have their own space!

Fun Family Time

Our families got to spend the holiday together under one roof! That was priceless for us. Plenty of room and beds for everyone! Plenty of things to do to keep us all entertained all day long. Gorgeous and spacious home with a spectacular outdoor oasis- even in the wintertime!! Morgan is great to work with! We all loved every minute of our time there.

Fabulous lake house!

Loved our stay in this incredible lake house! It has EVERYTHING! All the reviews talk about the pools, the beach, the property! It's exactly as everyone describes and MORE!! Morgan, the property manager, is awesome...so attentive, helpful, and kind!! We also met the wonderful owners who stopped over to help with the grill! It was a perfect three days of family time in a beautiful lake setting with every amenity you can think of!! We will definitely be back!!!

Spectacular Lake House

Our whole family had the most wonderful birthday celebration! This lake house is like a resort and has every amenity you can imagine. The property is spectacular and the house was perfect! Everything was very clean and comfortable, we truly felt at home. We rented jet skis and everyone had so much fun. We all loved the pool slide, swim up bar, cabana, beach and fire pit! We made the most wonderful memories and are already planning a return trip. Morgan made our stay just perfect and was always available to answer any questions-best property manager ever! I ordered a card from Amazon, however it arrived just after we departed and she mailed it to me! The bed was so comfortable, I asked Morgan if she knew who made the mattress pad & she sent me the link on Amazon. I can’t say enough about the property and our stay, it was all wonderful!

Amazing Property

This property has it all! Multiple families stayed for 4 nights with ages 5 - 41, all immensely enjoying themselves. There was enough room to spread out yet all eat dinner together too. The slide was a huge hit with both kids and adults! The owners have thought of everything from the sound systems to the TVs, to kayaks and the beach area. It is luxury lake living at its finest. You will not be disappointed if you book this place!

2024 Annual Summer Lake Getaway

Each year we get the entire family to gather at a lake house for several days during July before all the kiddos have to head back to school. This year we chose your property. Everyone agreed that it was the best overall property we have stayed as of yet. And we have stayed at a couple of very nice ones. The close proximity to the lake and the neat edge at the water line made lake access very easy for all ages. There was a storm that came through and caused several electrical problems with all the tech that the house and pool have designed into them but, the host was very quick at getting the problems resolved and making sure we were satisfied. The owner also followed up and stayed on top of the situation. We will definitely try to be back next summer!

Laguna Terrace Family Get Together

This is the second year that our family (from San Antonio, Dallas and Houston) has come together to spend family time together at Laguna Terrace. This house, the surrounding grounds, the two pools, the spa, the cabana, are just beyond words. You cannot go wrong renting this property. It is well worth the money. And best of all, the property manager, Morgan Hinkley, is just super. She responded to every question and request immediately. She is very personable and professional. The property has eight TVs which allow you to relax at the cabana or back deck while watching your favorite show (this weekend it was the Wimbledon tennis championships) or the living room or any bedroom. Laguna Terrance tops our list of VRBOs.

Best Getaway Ever!!

Clean, easy check in. Morgan was fantastic/so very helpful. Amazing property inside and out! So many things to do. Fishing, swimming, sliding, kayaking, corn hole, games, and playing on a sandy beach!! Great spaces for everyone ages 6-79. Our whole family enjoyed this resort feel. Just perfect.

Annual lake getaway

I found this property while we were on our 2023 trip and thought it would be a great place for the eleven of us to go for 2024. Luckily it was available for the date we wanted. The minute we walked into the door we were in awe, but when we went out to the backyard we were totally blown away by the landscaping. The slide was a big hit with the grandkids and I lost count of how many times they went up and down. The pavilion was wonderful, plus it had an ice maker with crushed ice. The pictures of the property are quite accurate and the property manager is on top of things and responds quickly.

First Family Vacation in 20 years and was all we could have hoped for!

We drove 10 hours from Carlsbad, New Mexico to stay here! My parent's, both in their 60's, have very different ideas of vacation. My mom wants water front views and activities, whereas my dad wants to relax and be left to his own. This home provided exactly what we needed! This was the most magical place to stay. We ranged from 60 year olds to couples in their 40's and 30's, and kids from 13-2. There is something for everyone to do here! The endless spaces in the home, outside with the pools, kayaks, beach, and fishing, we were never bored! Kids swam in the 2 different pools and hot tub all day! The water slide was the cherry on top! We had lunch everyday in the cabana and were truly able to all have a great time! Property outside was a little disheveled from the storms and manager and owner came over and made sure proper accommodations were made. We can't say enough about this amazing space. We plan to do this every year!

Great Retreat

We had a mid-week moms/daughter retreat to the property and it was perfect. Lots for the kids to do and they has a blast. Plus moms were able to relax and enjoy some downtime. Exactly what we were looking for.

Amazing home!

Had an incredible stay with family and friends. The house itself was super clean and nice and layout was excellent but the outdoor space was like being at a resort! Landscaping was perfect and amenities were great! We will be back!

Multi-generational spring break

The pools and cabana at this property are better than most resorts! We had an amazing time. One bedroom is a pass through to the bunk room, so it is not very private but worked fine for our group of grandparents, parents, and kids.
