The Space:

The Space is very spacious and cozy. It fully furnished and comfortably hosts up to 6 people.

⭐Bedroom: It has a very comfortable pillow top king size bed with a smart TV, a dresser.

⭐Livingroom: 65 inches TV with HULU and Disney+, 1 comfortable queen bed and 2 daybeds (twin-size bed), a dedicated working desk.

⭐Bathroom: new tiled walk- in shower with provided shampoo and body wash, hair dryer.

⭐Laundry: the stackable washer and dryer in unit.

⭐Kitchen: fully stocked kitchen. Gas stove and oven, toaster and refrigerator. We provide pots and pans, silverware, salt and pepper etc.

⭐Dinning area : which you can enjoy your food with your friends and family.

⭐Coffee bar: Dripping coffee maker with roasted coffee creamer and sugar.

⭐Internet: High speed WI-FI internet.

⭐Parking: 2 Free parking spaces on premises behind the house with assigned apartment number on.

You'll have exclusive access to the entire apartment, which includes a bedroom with a king-size bed, a living room (shared space) with a queen-size bed and 2 single daybeds, and a full bathroom. Enjoy amenities like a kitchen, washer, dryer, free parking, and Wi-Fi.

Just a 2-minute walk will land you on the VCU campus, immersing you in the energy of student life. For your grocery needs, Kroger and Whole Foods are a quick 5-minute drive away. Getting around is a breeze! Free parking is available on-site with two assigned spaces behind the house. For public transit, the VCU campus is a short walk away, providing easy access to bus routes. Richmond International Airport (RIC) is approximately a 20-minute drive. Major transit hubs and downtown Richmond are also easily accessible by car or rideshare services.



Other Things to Note:

Please respect quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Parties and events are not allowed.
