You'll have the run of the whole 2 Bedroom, 1.5 Bathroom, 142 year old home, including an on-site washer and dryer, and ample street parking.

We offer free parking in the rear of the property in a shared gravel lot.
There is room for only 1 vehicle, and it needs to be parked on the right side of the lot, leaving the other spaces for the neighbors unblocked.
The driveway is tight so please be careful as you enter and exit!
This is a shared driveway so please don't leave your car parked in the driveway where it would block the free access of the neighbors.

After entering your unique code into the digital smart lock, you'll walk directly into the kitchen, followed by the half bath and the carpeted front room with a dining table, 2 sofas, and brand new 55 inch 4K UHD HDR Roku TV with Chromecast.
The fully furnished kitchen includes a dishwasher, full electric range, and microwave.
On the second floor are the two bedrooms, one furnished with a king size bed, one furnished with a queen size bed, and the full bath.
You'll also have access to the covered front porch and rear deck to enjoy sitting outside when the weather is nice.
High speed 750Mbps wifi is available throughout the entire house.

This house has 142 years of charm. And while the space has been updated, be aware that there are some sloping and uneven floors, as you might expect with a house that has seen so many generations.
