Studio on the second floor(US) first floor(UK) 12 minutes walking from the cathedral and tourists area. It is located in a residential neighborhood far enough from the central noise and traffic. It has all the amenities and you have everything within walking distance like supermarkets, laundry, restaurants, bus stops. The studio has Smart TV, kitchenette, private bathroom, murphy bed, tons of cooking appliances, fast wifi, etc.

It is located on the second floor(USA) or first floor (UK), within walking distance from the historical centre. It has private bathroom with hot water.

It has a kitchen with lots of cooking appliances, kettle, microwave, stove, three different coffee makers, blender, knifes, cooking ware set, big fridge with freezer. There is hot water in the kitchen sink and in the bathroom as well.

It has smart TV with streaming service accounts included; Prime Video, HBO Max, Disney Plus, Star+. If you are a sports fan on Star+ you can watch; NBA, MLB, NFL, all college football and basketball, , boxing, Calcio, League 1, Tenis, Golf and lots of other sporting events. On HBO Max you can watch Champions League. Within Prime video you can access Fox Sports where you can wath NFL, F1, all UFC events, MLB, all WWE events. Within Star+ you can access ESPN where you can watch MLB, NFL, College Footbol, NBA, NCA, Hockey, Tenis, golf and lots of sports.

The studio has a ceiling fan and windows for air breeze. There are two doors one that faces the street and the other one that faces the communal patio. There are bins in the patio where you can dispose your garbage.


The space is modern and has been renovated, ir has a murphy bed so you can use the space as your living room-office in the mornings and bedroom at night.
It includes all amenities and very fast WiFi.

It includes a small ironing board with iron. Lots of hangers and a hair dryer.

There is a communal terrace that guests can access for reading or just hang out and enjoy the breeeze.

I give you a perfectly clean apartments further cleanings have a cost.

Due to logistics right now Im not providing hotel like service I rent this space as a self catering apartment. You are responsible for your consumables. You have a starter kit but once I runs out you have to buy your own consumables like toilet paper, drinking water, trash bags, soap, etc.

You get a perfectly clean apartment with a pair of sheets and a towel. Further cleanings with change of sheets and towel has a cost.


Due to water scarcity in Oaxaca, we are not able to provide laundry service but there is a laundry two minutes walking from the apartment. We have water containers underground which allow us to provide constant water for bathrooms and kitchen.

We have a handyman that is on site Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm, and from 11am to 6pm. To assist you with any repair or issue you may have. As guests mention in their reviews my response to issues is very fast due to having an actual person in the building who can instantly address issues that may arise.

The studio is located in a residential neighbourhood 10-15 minutes walking to Zocalo which is the main square of the city. You can do everything Walking:
- Chedrahui (Mexican version of Walmart) is 8 minutes walking.
- Zocalo 14 minutes walking
- Water dispenser 2 minutes walking.
