One bedroom apartment on the ground floor of a building within walking distance from everything you could need. It is located within walking distance from the tourist area (12 minutes) but far enough from all the central noise. It is in a residential neighbourhood, walking distance (12 minutes) from the Zocalo(which is the main square of the city), the tourist area and all amenities. You can do everything walking it is close to the bus stop, markets, grocery stores, laundries, restaurants.

The bedroom comprises a double bed, wardrobe, lots of hangers, reading couch, desk, office chair, fast internet, ceiling fan, internet router with ethernet port.

kitchennete, living room comprises a dinning table with two chairs, sofa-bed, kitchen with full gas stove and oven, big fridge, lots of cooking appliances and a kitchen sink.

The bathroom is located outside the bedroom in a small hallway you will have a key for it and you are the only one who will have access to it, it has hot water, it is clean and completely functional, it has a curtain shower.

There is a communal terrace where you can sunbathe, practice yoga or read a book . The studio is perfect for independent travellers who like having their own space and be self-sufficient while travelling. It is located in a residential neighbourhood with locals and foreigners. The building has 9 studios, there are permanent residents and travellers living there. Almost all of them speak English so If you don't speak Spanish you will still have someone to talk to.

Guests have a complete studio for themselves, they can access to the common area which is the terrace, it has furniture and you can relax or sunbath there.

I give you a perfectly clean apartments further cleanings have a cost.

Due to logistics right now Im not providing hotel like service I rent this space as a self catering apartment. You are responsible for your consumables. You have a starter kit but once I runs out you have to buy your own consumables like toilet paper, drinking water, trash bags, soap, etc. We can call the delivery guy we you run out of drinking water so he delivers to your door.

You get a perfectly clean apartment with a pair of sheets and towels. Further cleanings with change of sheets and towels have a cost.

Due to water scarcity in Oaxaca, we are not able to provide laundry service but there is a laundry two minutes walking from the apartment. We have water containers underground which allow us to provide constant water for bathrooms and kitchen.

The bathroom is outside the bedroom in a small hallway you will have a key for it and you will be the only one who can use it.

We have a handyman that is on site Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm, and from 11am to 6pm. To assist you with any repair or issue you may have. As guests mention in their reviews my response to issues is very fast due to having an actual person in the building who can instantly address issues that may arise.

The neighbourhood is close to the main square of the city and all attractions. It is a residential neighbourhood although there are several buildings for tourists and foreigners. It is still part of the centre so it has the same restriction of construction than the tourist area. Hence, you will see mostly old houses. You are in a central area close to the tourists attractions but you are far enough to find authentic local food, affordable prices in groceries, family restaurants, laundries.


This unit is located in a residential neighbourhood 10-15 minutes walking to Zocalo which is the main square of the city. You can do everything Walking:
- Chedrahui (Mexican version of Walmart) is 8 minutes walking.
- Zocalo 14 minutes walking
- Water dispenser 2 minutes walking.

- Historical centre 10-15 minutes walking
