Two homes nestled among five acres of Catskills forest, just a short distance from essential towns like Roscoe and Callicoon. The main home has been thoughtfully renovated, with entertaining areas inside and out. The deck invites grilling, dining, and sunbathing. The guesthouse is a newly built modern studio with a sleeping loft, kitchen, bathroom, and large sundeck with separate driveway to enjoy time with friends and family. Enjoy our retreat from the city!
The Space:
As you arrive to our secluded getaway, there are two separate driveways for the main and guest house. As you enter the main house you will be greeted by the heart of the home in the bright and inviting open-concept space with wood finishes and curated furnishings to make you feel instantly calm and relaxed. The kitchen has been carefully designed to maximize space and allow your group to spend time together cooking and creating. Flow into the living room, where you will cozy up after a long day out in nature to the wood-stove. Down the hallway are the three bright bedrooms. An upgraded full bath is accessible to all in the hall. As you mozy down the stairs you will find a second living space for your group to gather, play games and enjoy time together. Off the kitchen on the main floor, you exit to an expansive deck and take in all the nature around you. Down the stairs of the deck leads you to the more outdoor fun, with fire pit and hot tub to maximize your time under the stars!
Don't forget you have access to newly built, modern studio guest house, just across the yard from the main house! As you enter the guest house, the open living area includes, living room, full kitchen, full bath and washer/dryer. A large lofted king-sized bed is accessible by ladder. Take in the outdoors and step outside of the kitchen and access the expansive observation wrap around observation deck.

- Main House Bedroom 2: 1 Full Bed
- Main House Bedroom 3: 1 Queen Bed
- Private Guesthouse - 1 Lofted King Bed (only accessible by ladder).

The Neighborhood:
The hamlet of Roscoe is known as Trout Town for its robust fishing community but has so much more to offer! The World Famous Roscoe Diner, which just recently won the title of the Best Diner in New York, is a must try. Enjoy libations on the Spirit, Brew, and Wine Trail, or stop by the Prohibition Distillery and the Roscoe NY Beer Company. There is something for everyone whether you like shopping at craft stores, antiquing, or sporting goods. Roscoe is also a stone’s throw away from museums, concert arenas, and many outdoor destinations.
Getting Around:
Bringing or renting a car is highly recommended as Uber, Lyft and Taxi service in the area can be limited. Four-wheel drive is encouraged in the winter months for safety on potentially slick and snowy roads.
Other Things to Note:
- This is a two home lot, while you have privacy and separation from the other house, each home is still visible to each other and are on the same property.
- Open floor plan in the main house for convenient entertaining. The additional tiny studio home on property also has an open living-dining space that can be used as an additional entertaining space.
- Newly renovated, fully-stocked main kitchen with modern, stainless-steel appliances. The tiny studio-home also contains it's own fully stocked kitchen for added convenience.
- Renovated, clean and well-maintained bathrooms in each home.
- While the main home contains 3 spacious bedrooms with luxury linens, the separate on-property studio with a lofted king bed accessible by ladder can be used to house extra guests.
- Multiple outdoor entertainment areas including a screened-in porch, a deck with an outdoor grill and dining, a fire pit, and a hot tub. The tiny studio house also contains it's own wrap around deck.
