Or stay inside and enjoy a nice relaxing night by the fire as you watch a movie. Turn dinner time into a bonding time—our open-layout kitchen is stocked with essentials to whip up a fantastic meal any time of the day.

Toilet didn't work in smaller bathroom. We had to plunge it ourselves. Heat didn't work on second day. Front door lock is quirky keeping us out in the dark the first night. Bugs were apparent inside. Closet in big bedroom doesn't open and toilet seat is crooked in bigger bedroom. Overall the place is clean but worn down much more than the pictures show.

Pros: Clean. Easy access. Pet friendly. Good parking. Nice kitchen. Comfortable living area. Washer/dryer good. Master bedroom/bath are good sizeCons: 2nd & 3rd bedrooms have nowhere to sit or put luggage. Tiny walkspace around the beds. Road noise in 2nd & 3rd bedrooms required us to use the earplugs that were provided to sleep. Yes... supplied earplugs! The HVAC setting is locked by a NEST thermostat. We had to sleep with windows open in bedroom #2.All we did there was drink coffee in the morning, play cards in the evening, and sleep. Coffeemaker worked nicely, but bring your own k-cups. The supplied offering of coffees was decaf and odd foo-foo flavored. Cards went well (I lost, as usual). Sleeping qiality was lack-luster.

Not on a Lake

We thought property was on A lake when actually a lake is a drive away. Plus someone renting downstairs with a dog was not what we expected. Also this property is right on a busy road so front 2 bedrooms besides master suite hear traffic all night. I think the place it’s self is clean with all amenities and it’s driveable to get places 200 dollars a night would be better but not 500 which is what we paid for this property. Property managers answer all questions and are good at responding. Just being honest. Shabby chic decorating was nice!

Race weekend stay

Some friends and myself stayed here for a weekend for the Cayuga 50 mile trail race. Beds were comfy, close to trails, close to DT/restaurants, and more. Very very responsive owners too for any questions.

I enjoyed my visit to the Finger Lakes region. The house was clean, well appointed and charming. The mattress in the master bedroom was especially comfortable. The setting is lovely with lots of outdoor green space. The roadside windows provided views of a beautiful pasture, which attracted numerous deer.

Quaint stay near Ithaca

This is a nice little stay! Very nice space with lots of amenities and a nice porch in addition to the shared backyard space. The property managers were very helpful with a couple of minor things that came up and also left flowers for our graduating family member.

Beautiful home outside Ithaca

This property was great for our stay with extended family to visit our son at Ithaca College. Cute house, comfy beds, great porch to sit and have a drink on! Comfortable and convenient to Ithaca

The property has everything you need for a comfortable stay including excellent mattresses and a well equipped kitchen. The house consists of two rental units, one upstairs and one downstairs. We stayed in the upstairs (unit #1) and the only negative would be traffic noise that was noticeable in the front two bedrooms and kitchen/dining areas. Host Eric could not have been more helpful and responsive when any concern arose. Overall, the house was a great value for the money.

Great stay while our poor dog was at Cornell

Our plans were fluid and they acoomodated our check in and check out day change without charge. The place fit us perfectly. One night was spent with 1 dog and we were able to spend rhe second night wirh both dogs. There were bowls for dogs, coffee utensils and all the things we needed. Nice size yard for dogs to do their duty and hang outside as well. Close to busy road so we kept them on a tight leash. We enjoyed our stay and if we need to bring our dog again and stay we will stay again.

Beautifully appointed home near Ithaca

Property is a carefully renovated mid-century home, very thoroughly and tastefully appointed throughout. Huge back yard, beautiful view of hayfield and deer out the front window. Very available/receptive owners. Property is only about 15 minutes from Ithaca with its attractions, restaurants and shopping.

Relaxing Family Weekend

Excellent location

The main part of the house is great and clean. The bedrooms need a few touchups but the rooms are all very clean and fresh. The water pressure and temperature is excellent. Eric was wonderful answering all of our questions. I would recommend staying her understanding that the house is a little older but very clean and comfortable. The kitchen,dining area and living room and deck were excellent. There was some road noise in two of the bedrooms which Eric is addressing. Worth your stay

We're two childhood friends who had the crazy idea of buying a lakehouse together. I'm Eric, I am who you will primarily be communicating with. My partner Justin is also available. Together, we make up PapiBNB.

This house is years in the making. We've always dreamed about having an escape away from the East Coast pace where we could just relax and unwind, even for a long weekend. After years of planning, we were finally able to do it.

We agonized about every detail of this home to make it feel like a home away from home for us. A place we would want to personally stay. No detail too small. If you saw what this home looked like before we bought it, you wouldn't believe it. Now a days, we just hope it's a stay you will never forget.
