The space
The property is rural surrounded by woods with a brook running through the back yard. There is a large circular driveway to provide plenty of offstreet parking for cars, boats and trailers. There are 3 different living areas PLUS a screened in wrap-around porch, large free-form patio with a firepit and a she-shed complete with snack bar, bar-back and crystal chandelier to provide lots of space for hanging out! There is an Xbox One gaming system, blue ray dvd player and 2 large screen TVs for streaming shows, board and yard games are also available. Not to be overlooked is the cook's kitchen with 6 burner professional range (in addition to a weber kettle) to prepare your meals. Kitchen is stocked with spices and essentials. Inside seating for 10 diners in addition to outside eating areas. The three bedrooms are all upstairs. The full bath downstairs has an oversized jetted tub as well as a free-standing shower. The upstairs bath in the master suite has a large walk-in shower. There is central air and 2 wood stoves to keep you comfortable whatever the weather may be.

Off-limits to guests are the basement and storage shed by the driveway.
Other things to note
Cell phone service is through Wi-Fi calling via the internet. There is also a land-line you can use for local calls. In case of power outages there is an automatic whole house backup generator.
