Great place for a large group. Pool and hot tub were wonderful, and the kitchen was stocked with everything you need. Great location close to downtown Savannah but far enough away to be away from the busyness of downtown.

What a wonderful place to make memories! The house was beautiful, comfortable, and perfect for bringing our family together. With several of my kids preparing for upcoming deployments, this time together meant even more to all of us. We relaxed, enjoyed incredible sunsets, and created memories we’ll cherish forever. Thank you, Trey, for being such a great host and sharing your amazing home with us. We couldn’t have asked for a better place for this special time together.

The property is amazing and exceptionally equipped with everything you would want. Beautiful sunsets in this very private setting with enjoyable space inside and outside. The covered porch is fantastic. Our host Trey was outstanding answering questions promptly and communicating with us throughout our stay.

Our family of 8, 6 adults and 2 children under 6, had the most wonderful family getaway art this beautiful estate. Everything was spotless and tastefully decorated. The living space was ample for the bunch of us yet we could safely keep track of the children. although a bit cool we used the pool, had a few campers and enjoyed the hot tub. The location is excellent as well, near a supermarkets, a major highway, downtown Savannah and Skidaway Island. The views are absolutely gorgeous and private though so one still feels secluded. Trey was quick to communicate and was very accomodating. We highly recommend staying here.

Amazing stay and even better memories made here! Thank you so much to Trey for allowing us to have a micro wedding celebration, we could not have asked for a better place to start the next chapter of our lives. The majority of conversations this weekend mentioned how the house had everything anyone could need from safety pins for securing broken dress straps to bug spray and kids sunscreen. We did not want to leave! Many many tears were shed saying good bye to such a beautiful house. We will be back!

If I could give this property more than 5 stars I would! The host made us feel very welcome and informed from the beginning to the end of our trip! Our first impression upon arrival with the huge oak tree with the Spanish moss hanging from it and fountain was breathtaking. The home itself was perfect and every detail was thought of from the the amazing beds and appliances down to the little signage that somehow fit in with the decor and left us with no questions of where things were placed, and instructions for the things we needed to know. There were more than enough bath towels, pool towels, coffee and supplies! This is something that is sometimes lacking. Our most favorite thing to do was just to sit out back in the hot tub, watch nature and enjoy the awesome view as the kids played in the pool. We hope to return again on our next trip!

Amazing Family Trip

We loved the location for a visit to relatives who live at the Landings at Skidaway, and it was so convenient. The house was clean and well stocked with appliances, cooking utensils and two kitchens! We loved sitting in the hot tub and watching the outdoor tv, and sitting on the deck and looking out at the marsh.

Long story short: you won’t regret booking this place. House/pool/yard/view is absolutely stunning and close enough to anything you’ll want to do in the Savannah area. Easy in, easy out, easy to work with host - absolutely nothing but praise for this place.

There is no way to properly describe this property, simply amazing. From host communication and flexibly to spacious and thoughtfully laid out and decorated. We were there for a full week and everyone had plenty of space for 10 people, 4 couples. The house is well appointed and there was considerable thought put toward making everything easy. Kitchens are by far the best we have seen in a VRBO and the setting feels absolutely secluded even with quick access to highways and local community.

My friends and I had an incredible stay at this home! The southern hospitality was on full display - everything you could possibly need was thoughtfully noted and included throughout the home. The pool was such an amazing feature, we used it every single day. The home feels really nicely secluded while also being super accessible to nearby highways and the historic main streets. All of us kept saying that we needed to come back for future group trips because we loved it so much!

Beautiful house

This place is excellent. The whole property is gorgeous with amazing views of the savannah river. The house is very well thought out and convenient for visitors. We had high expectations from the pictures and description and they were exceeded. The host was very easy to deal with and responded quickly to all messages. We didn’t use the hot tub, but it’s there! We had a fire outside by the pool, nice conversations happened there. The house is beautiful, all pictures on line are accurate! The house is quite gorgeous and you have so many things provided to you for a comfortable stay. Trey, our host, was amazing!! I can’t thank him enough for his curtesy!!Many happy memories of this family vacation. Would definitely recommend!
