Find yourself in a cozy, King-sized bedroom with luxurious linens. Out the window awaits an enchanting view of downtown street life! Don't forget about the luxurious bathroom - a newly remodeled stand-up shower and natural lighting will get you ready for whatever awaits outside.

Downstairs you'll discover a sunlit backyard area, perfect for some outdoor relaxation amid glorious Colorado sunshine - plus there's even private parking directly behind the house if needed. Don't worry about lugging around any laundry either – a washer & dryer are provided to handle all that pesky washing up along with soap and sheets included - now how convenient is THAT?

Home of Lake Loveland and Boyd Lake, there are plenty of outdoor activities including paddle boarding, kayaking, and fishing. Don't forget about Devil's Backbone where you can enjoy a day hiking through the foothills enjoying scenic views of the Rocky Mountains.

With its downtown location, you will find plenty of restaurants, art galleries, sculpture gardens, and shopping within walking distance. Craft beer lovers will be excited by more than 30 breweries within 30 minutes of the home. Downtown Loveland is just a stroll out of the front door with bars, music venues, breweries, an outdoor theater and so much more.

Loveland is a sculpture mecca with various installments throughout town and bronze foundries that attract artists throughout the world. Enjoy a stroll through world renowned Benson Sculpture Garden, with hundreds of sculptures surrounded by lush lawns, beautiful gardens, and water features. On the eastern side of town near The Promenade Shops at Centerra, you will find Chapungu Sculpture Park. This wonderful sculpture park has meandering trails adorned with monumental stone sculptures from Zimbabwean artists spread throughout 26 acres. Loveland is a sculpting mecca with various installments throughout town and bronze foundries that attract artists throughout the world. Towards the beginning of August, Loveland welcomes art enthusiasts from afar to show their pieces at Sculpture in the Park, a nearly 40-year running event that is truly a must-see.

Take the gorgeous, 30-minute drive to the famed Estes Park for a day trip of hiking and exploring Rocky Mountain National Park. With a one-hour drive north, you'll find Cheyenne, Wyoming. Denver and Denver International Airport are also only an hour south.

Fort Collins is a wonderful college town just north of Loveland and a short 15-minute drive, with availability to world-famous breweries such as New Belgium and Odell Brewing Companies. Look them up online to schedule a brewery tour or visit the expansive tasting rooms for a taste of fresh and delicious made on-site brews. You will find a thriving downtown with quaint shops, a wide variety of restaurants, local coffee shops, and great concert venues such as the Aggie Theatre.
