Location, location, location! Built in 2020, Calypso Tower III is the newest building of the complex. Located directly in front of Pier Park and within walking distance to several popular restaurants and attractions including Margaritaville, Ron Jon Surf Shop, Tootsie's Orchid Lounge, The Skywheel, The Grande Theatre, Hook'd, Russell-Fields Pier, and much more!

Calypso offers guests a resort-style (heated in winter) swimming pool, hot tub, 2 tiki bars (open seasonally), cabanas (available for rent), and a state-of-the-art fitness center.

This tastefully decorated 20th floor unit features beautiful coastal flooring, quartz countertops, 9-foot ceilings, a private 10-foot-wide balcony with views of the Gulf of Mexico, and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless-steel appliances. The master bedroom offers one King bed and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and large walk-in closet. There is also a pullout sofa, to comfortably sleep a total of 4. There is a second bathroom located in the unit as well, also with a walk-in shower. The unit has a washing machine and dryer.

- Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this unit.
- Please Note: There is an additional Parking Fee of $50.00 per vehicle which covers the duration of your stay. Only 1 vehicle allowed max. No exceptions due to HOA restrictions.
- Age Requirement: Booking/signing party must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the unit during the duration of the reservation.
- Wristbands must be worn in pool area.
- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
- We only provide a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.
- *Free Golf and Activities Program is only valid for stays 27 nights or less.

No heated pool like advertised

If you are planning a Spring Break trip in cool March and the HEATED POOL in Tower 3 is important to your vacation experience, then CALL ahead to be sure it’s working and open. Do not trust the listing. Arrived and the beautiful heated pool that was the highlight of the trip was closed! No one from Property Management told us. Very disappointing! Great condo for two people, tight for four but doable. Clean and newer.

Senior vacation

This unit need a chair in living room and a small table. Sofa is only place to sit. Needs cookware. Only 2 pots...we had to buy a pot for spaghetti noodles. 3 frying pans with no lids. Minimal cooking utensils. No tea glasses, only small glasses or wine glass. 1 dish cloths and only 2 drying cloths. Constantly doing laundry. Nice unit if you doing plan on doung a lot of cooking and room for only 2 people to sit. Had to sit at high bar stools for all meals

Nov 2023 Vacation Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented condo#2209 at Calypso Tower 3 for the month of November. The condo is in a fantastic location. It is walking distance to Pier Park, which has lots of shopping, restaurants and fun activities. The beach is just a short walk across the street. The condo building has a heated pool, hot tub and snack bar at the front of the building. The sunsets are remarkable from the balcony. The sunrise is fantastic from the walkway at the front door. The condo has all the amenities you would need to enjoy your vacation(ex: washer &dryer, dishwasher, 2 bathrooms, chaise loungers on the balcony) The only negative personally for the condo was not having a dining table. The stools at the counter would be great for a short term stay, For a month long stay we missed enjoying the view while eating. We would definitely come back to this condo again.

Relaxing Stay

Everything was clean and the view was amazing. Bonus was when they shot fireworks at the pier and we had a clear view from the balcony. Would stay again.
