OUR HOME
Nice sizable living room and dining room (seats 8), large fully equipped kitchen, clothes washer/dryer, dishwasher, sliding doors to the deck.

THE AREA
Bayside is on of the most beautiful, scenic and safe areas in New York City and surrounding areas. We are on a lovely, one-block long road, at the end of which is a huge public park, lake, and jogging trail that connects to a miles long network of trails and bicycle paths, leading to the Bayside Marine, major parks, Fort Totten and other scenic vistas.

FUN, FOOD, ENTERTAINMENT: Bayside is the best area outside Manhattan for all of this.

PARKING
Our private driveway can fit two or three cars. There is also unrestricted street parking. You can leave your cars parked on the street without getting ticketed. Of course, you have to observe the normal regulations and not block driveways, fire hydrants (15 foot clearance), bus stops, etc.

TRANSPORTATION
Several modes of public transit for easy access to Manhattan: bus & subway, rail (Long Island Railroad - Bayside or Douglaston stations are close.) Use your favorite GLS program to find the routes, distances and time starting from the location 47 Road and 217 Street in Bayside.
