DETAILS: Casa Muditā is a newly constructed 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home that sleeps 8 in the Seagrove Beach community of Scenic 30A. A peaceful park lies across the street with direct access to Eastern Lake, providing easy access to kayaking, fishing, and more. Guests will love the community pool, a quick 8-minute walk to the nearest beach, and breathtaking balcony views.

Casa Muditā, as the name describes, provides spontaneous joy with its impressive 2-story white façade and inviting sitting porch. French doors lead to a spacious great room filled with natural textures and colors that create a calming and relaxing space. Stainless steel appliances beautifully complement the pristine white cabinetry and countertops in the kitchen, while a quaint kitchen island features a farmhouse sink and seating for 4. From the home, go north on Lakewood Drive, take a right on Eastern Lake Ct, then another right to continue down to the cul-de-sac to where you will see the pool entrance.
