Located in the popular Watersound West Beach community, this 2-story property sleeps up to 10 guests with 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Upon entering the home, you will immediately be in awe of the natural textures, creamy colors, and subtle beach décor. The first floor has an open layout that marries the living, dining, and kitchen areas. Host friends and family in the living room on the 2 linen-white couches and 2 cozy armchairs before ushering them into the dining room with 8 seats. Listen to conversations of loved ones as you prep dinner in the chef’s kitchen with stainless steel appliances, large kitchen island with 3 stools, and plenty of cabinet space. ** Bicycles are allowed in the WaterSound West Beach community on the streets. Due to safety and legal concerns, the WaterSound West HOA will no longer allow bicycles on the West Beach boardwalks. However, they are still permitted on the beach walkover, with the following provisions. (1) Bicycles must be walked from where the pavement ends at the clubhouse to the entrance of the beach walkover, where the railing begins; and (2) Bicycles must be ridden at the lowest possible speed while on the beach walkover. **
