Nice location and rental option

The layout of the home gave our 4 guests plenty of private space as well as great gathering areas. Easy to walk a couple of blocks to shopping/eating. Would recommend.

Summer vacation

We stayed at this beautiful home in July 2024 and would highly recommend to anyone. My son and daughter each brought a friend and they all had the best time. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Very clean and looked just like the pictures. Beach super close and easy to get to, they loved biking to the shops and getting food. Would definitely stay here again,

Relaxing week with friends

This was a great place for 10 guests. We especially enjoyed sitting on the upstairs patio. The only request I would have is that we would have liked to have a nice broom, and/or a stick vacuum for cleaning floors throughout the week.

This was a perfect get-a-way. The location was perfect. Property management was a little tough to reach. This was due to COVID situation and I assume understaffed. Everything else was 5 star!

March 2018 Stay

Just got back from spending a week at My Blue Beso. It was a fantastic house! The location was perfect. So close to shops, restaurants etc., and a 5 minute walk to the beach. I loved the decor, the kitchen layout, the amount of bathrooms, the upstairs loft and mostly the deck on the third floor. A great place for morning coffee and a group dinner. The wifi was great, the management group was really responsive and checkout instructions were easy. I would highly recommend this house to anyone. Thank you for sharing it with us! Sue Black

Fabulous house for family vacation

This house was very well equipped - the kitchen, hooks for hanging towels, shoe cubby, linens, starter kits for bathrooms and kitchen, extra large washer and dryer, beach chairs and toys. It comfortably accomodated 14 adults/teenagers. The third floor living area and outdoor deck (with TV) were fabulous areas to gather or spend quiet time as needed. The only negative thing was the construction next door. There was a portable potty next to our house for several days. There were numerous workers present from morning to late afternoon everyday. It was disconcerting as we had teenage girls with us. The music and work vans made it uncomfortable to sit on our porch or balconies during the day.

A great summer beach trip with family❤️

The complaints I have are the floors and carpet were filthy dirty. They were never washed. Our 2 year old granddaughters feet were black. We had to buy cleaning materials to clean them. Carpet was also black. Desperately needed cleaning. The grill should definitely be replaced. Our son refused to use it. I spent a lot of money for the house and was so disappointed with the cleanliness.. Especially with Covid. The rest of the house was fine and we loved the location. We all had a great time.

Spring Break 2022

Property was clean and in a great location and the process for renting was great! Plenty of room foe the family and the upstairs serves a great retreat. Compared to other homes we’ve rented it lacked the “niceties” of beach chairs, beach towels, throw blankets, pot holders, etc. the beds were also uncomfortable with soft mattresses and one lacked a box spring. We were to have four parking spots but were notified that we could only have two once we arrived and needed to park on the street (where one of our cars was hit by another car). Even though we were there for high school spring break, I would not recommend again, as you can’t find a place on the beach, or walk down the street without being in the way of the thousands of bikes on the paths. Too crowded!!!

November 2021 Stay

Spent a relaxing time in Seacrest. The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. Short walk to the beach. Our only disappointment was the beautiful pool was NOT HEATED AS PROMISED! It was colder than the Gulf! We booked this area because of the beautiful pool. Please do not book here if you are interested in using the pool!

Blue Beso Vacation

This home was prefect for our group needs. The layout was perfect for kids and adults. The community is gorgeous. Everyone could walk around the area and any time of the day and enjoy the restaurants, shops, weather, and the beach. The house was clean and management was quick to respond to some minor needs. The home was beautiful. We will come again!

Family Beach vacation

We had a wonderful beach vacation! Location is a plus because close to pool, beach and shops. House was so nice for our large gathering. Kitchen could use additional large serving bowls/updated utensils. Small grill but it worked out fine. You will not be disappointed with house/location.

Great place to stay

We had a great experience in a seacrest. Our group consisted of 13(6 adults and 7 teenagers). The house had plenty of space for everyone and the open Living/Dining/Kitchen layout was perfect for our large group to hang out! I would suggest bringing extra towels and wash clothes if you have a large group but other then that, all you need is your swimsuit!

Love going to Seacrest Beach. It is accessible to so many things...beach, pool, peddlers pavilion (live music and yummy treats) every night,

May 2019 Stay

The house looks great on the outside, however all members of our party experienced allergy symptoms while in the house. One member of our party had to go to urgent care. The house needs to be checked thoroughly for mold. The air conditioner also wasn't working when we got there so there was poor ventilation for the first 2 days. They mentioned there was a leak and it needed to be recharged.

We are so sorry for the issues experienced while here on vacation. We take situations such as yours very seriously and thanks to your feedback the owner of this home has had the home tested for mold and as a precaution they also had all of the air ducts cleaned and sanitized. We are happy to report that there is not any mold in the home and we have addressed the AC situation as well. We do hope that you will join us again and thank you for staying with 360 Blue!
