PACKAGES (ONLINE PURCHASES)
• You may send packages to the home during your stay. They will be left on the doorstep. Please note this is a brand new home on a brand new road that is currently not findable on GPS. Companies may have issues finding this address.
• If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. UPS, DHL and FEDEX will leave it at the door step.
• For extra security, you may wish to send the packages to our Master Vacation Homes office for pick-up before and during your stay for a small fee. Please let us know and we'll provide you the address!

WHAT'S INCLUDED:
The following starter supplies are provided in the unit
*We provide linens that are already professionally made and on bed waiting for you to rest after a fun filled day in Florida.
*Two bath towels, two hand towels and two washcloths in each bathroom.
*Starter supply of toilet paper in every bathroom, 2 rolls of paper towels, 2 garbage bags, every shower has shampoo/conditioner and body wash, hand soap at every sink. Please bring more if needed. No other supplies will be provided. Please stop by the nearest Supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.

HOUSEKEEPING:
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

**During these trying times, our guests' safety and well-being are our number one priority. We employ a professional cleaning company with trained employees who practice enhanced cleaning protocols and use cleaning products according to CDC guidelines designed to sanitize and mitigate the spread of COVID-19.**

**For added safety, we offer contactless check-in procedures. You will be provided a door code prior to check-in to facilitate smooth check ins.**

FOOD:
As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder will be provided prior to check in.

POOL HEATER:
Please note the pool heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function with weather near 65F and below temperatures. No reimbursements or refunds provided for pool heat.**Heating of pool & hot tub is available for $40/day with a minimum of 3 days.

GRILL: Gas grill available (Fill your own gas, a propane tank is available for your convenience). No charcoal use in gas grill.

TRASH DISPOSAL: Please place trash in front of curb. Must be in closed bags or it will not be picked up or you may put trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home. Community may fine you if trash is not in closed bags

Guest Access:
*Entire house including driveway that would allow 4 cars. Additional cars can park in front of clubhouse
*Screened lanai with private pool and spa.
*Clubhouse amenities with state of the art gym, clubhouse, resort style pool with lounge chairs , children waterpark and slides.

Other Things to Note:
*Construction nearby. They are licensed to work 8:00AM to 6:00PM and can not violate this rule. It is a quiet and peaceful neighborhood with lakeview by the pool.
*Do not park on street. Car will be towed. We are not responsible for any fees or tickets for violators.
