Let's start with the gorgeous sundeck patio at the back of the home; which faces a garden view so you have extra privacy with no rear neighbours! The screened-in patio features a sparkling private swimming pool that's perfect for cooling off from the Florida sunshine. Perhaps you prefer a soak in a jacuzzi hot tub? No problem, we've got one of those too! There's plenty of sun loungers to stretch out and catch some rays, or enjoy a BBQ meal al fresco at your covered poolside dining table, cooked right off your personal grill.

Even with the whole crew you'll have plenty of space inside the home! Step inside to be greeted by a living room with plush comfy sofas that face a large flat screen wall mounted smart TV. Plus, you can feel confident knowing that all your selfies will be posting pronto with the complimentary high speed internet connection!

Look to the side and see the fully equipped kitchen with high end stainless steel appliances, boasting two full sized fridge/freezer combos! There is plenty of countertop space for prepping meals, and a kitchen island bar with seating for those who would rather watch! And when it's time to eat, there's space for 14 at the dining table. Good thing you've got those two large capacity dishwashers to handle the clean up!

The garage has been converted into a games room to keep your whole gang entertained! This air conditioned space has got family favourites like air hockey, billiards and foosball, plus a big screen wall mounted TV.

Speaking of TVs, each of the 12 bedrooms has one! And most have their own ensuite bathroom too! There is one master King bedroom downstairs, and three more upstairs. The ground level also has two bedrooms with Queen sized beds in each, and another bedroom with two twin beds in it. The upstairs area has two more Queen bedrooms, in addition to another room with two twin beds, plus two more bedrooms with bunk-beds.

The whole house is equipped with high speed internet, and you'll be nice and comfortable with the central air conditioning. There's even in home laundry machines and free parking!
