There are board games and books on the shelves in the living room. Indulge in the charm of this home, surrounded by large trees, and a cozy space to relax and unwind. You'll find it clean and comfortable.

Enjoy the spacious open living space, boasting a smart TV, seating space while reading a book or watching your favorite movies and shows. There are board games and books on the shelves that you can enjoy.

The kitchen has a breakfast bar with seating for three, two dining tables that seats 8 comfortably. It’s equipped with an electric range and oven, a refrigerator, microwave, air fryer, toaster, drip coffee maker, and Keurig single-serve pod coffee machine. You can expect a starter supply of paper towels, dish soap & sponge, dishwasher detergent pods.



This home is a comfortable three-bedroom house, with two full baths.



The master bedroom includes a king bed with a memory foam mattress with fresh crisp clean linens, pillows, and bed coverings. The bedroom has a smart TV, 2 dressers, a walk-in closet, and night stands with a lamp. It has an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo and a vanity mirror. We provide some starter supplies/essentials: toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and make-up wipes.



The second bedroom features a queen bedroom with a memory foam mattress with fresh crisp clean linens, pillows, & bed coverings. The bedroom also has a lamp, dresser, & smart TV.



The third bedroom features two single beds with a memory foam mattress with fresh crisp clean linens, pillows, and bed coverings, a lamp and dresser. The room also has a smart TV where you can stream/watch while relaxing on the bed.



The second bathroom has a shower tub combo, vanity mirror. We provide some starter supplies/essentials: toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and make-up wipes.



The laundry room is located off of the kitchen. There is a starter supply of laundry pods and dryer sheets on the machines. There is a toolbox available with screwdriver, flashlight and batteries.



A first aid kit is available under the kitchen sink cabinet in case you need it.



The backyard allows for time to enjoy the beautiful weather and a screen porch where you can relax and enjoy while playing some games. You are welcome to use both a fire pit and a charcoal grill. There are 2 kayaks (1-adult & 1-child size kayaks) & life vests available to use in the canal. There is dock for sitting & a ladder to enter the canal. This house is located in a quaint neighborhood and has a spacious backyard.



Guest Access:

We have a smart lock door and an email will be sent with door code instructions the day of check in. You will have access to the entire home. For parking, please be courteous to our neighbors. Parking is available in the garage, driveway or on the street around the house.

Here are the House Rules you can look to upon staying at the home:

• Guests must be 21 years of age and older to book this property.

• Please observe silence. Noise restriction between 10 PM - 8 AM.

• Only park in the designated areas.

• Avoid flushing any items in the sink and toilets to avoid clogs.

• Pets are allowed inside the premises.

• NO SMOKING allowed in the home. A $250 fine will be imposed for smoking in the home.

• To minimize odors all trash must be in trash bags and removed from the house and put in the garbage can.

• No extra guests are allowed unless permitted by the owner.

• No parties, events, and smoking allowed.

• The guest must comply with the rules under the guest rental agreement.
