Summary:
The Coastal Castle is a large 3000 sq. ft family-friendly home located in the Town of Castle Hayne just outside of Wilmington. Our home is 12 miles to Wrightsville Beach and 9 miles to Historic Downtown. This stay is focused on bringing together groups through a quality space, good conversation, and all that Wilmington has to offer. The kitchen is fully stocked, there is more than enough room for everyone, every room was designed to make your stay amazing and peaceful!

The Space:
BEDROOMS
This home has 5 bedrooms in a split floor plan and can accommodate up to 12 guests comfortably.
Bedroom 1 - Indulge in the spacious luxury of the primary bedroom, featuring a King bed and en suite bathroom. The modern design blends comfort and style seamlessly, offering a serene retreat that invites relaxation with a smart television (upper level).
Bedroom 2 - This modern bedroom boasts 1 Queen bed, creating a perfect blend of comfort and sophistication. Sleek furnishings and elegant decor make it a cozy yet stylish haven (lower level).
Bedroom 3 - This bedroom features 1 Queen Bed. This bedroom exudes chic elegance. Natural light and modern decor create a welcoming oasis for guests or family members (lower level).
Bedroom 4 - With a Full over Full Bunk Bed and contemporary design elements, this efficient use of space and stylish design make it a cozy space for rest and play (lower level).
Bedroom 5 - A Bunk Bed Set up with 2 Twin beds allows for plenty of space for the smaller ones (lower level).



BATHROOMS
You'll find 2.5 clean and fully stocked bathrooms with bright lighting, large mirrors, and hotel-grade towels in this home. You'll find a primary suite walk-in shower and a lower level shower/tub combo and a half bathroom on upper level make it convenient and practical for large groups.

KITCHEN
Prepare a quick snack or a large feast in the fully-stocked kitchen. It features beautiful countertops and modern appliances with everything you need to cook magnificent meals. Additional dining/seating area with the bar height bistro table with 4 stools located in the kitchen space.

DINING AREA
The dining area is perfect for enjoying a meal with your group and guests. The indoor dining table has enough space and chairs for up to 10 guests!


OUTSIDE SPACE
Our house has an upper patio deck overlooking the backyard with our large outdoor pool, outdoor chairs and a guest favorite having the fire pit with swing seating. The lower level has a porch area with swing seating for relaxing and enjoying the serenity of this quiet and spacious back yard oasis. We welcome you to use the charcoal BBQ, enjoy a relaxing campfire with plenty of space to enjoy all that nature has to offer! You’ll also want to jump in the salt water pool and enjoy the gorgeous NC weather!

Guest Access:
You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home except the owner's closet. Make yourself at home; your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home.

Three days prior to check-in I will send you a link which contains all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay.

The Neighborhood:
Extremely friendly and quiet

Getting Around:
Can fit several cars in the driveway and within walking distance of the local park. Great location with short travel to Wrightsville Beach, historic downtown Wilmington, and Carolina Beach! Wilmington airport is less than 7 miles away!

Other Things to Note:
This home is in a quiet residential area and having respect for the neighbors is very important. Parties will be shut down, and possibly be threatened with civil prosecution. If you are unsure if your group fits this description, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help.

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside the home and will result in a minimum fine of $1000. You are welcome to step on to the back patio and enjoy.

We do have a one time pet fee of $135 if you choose to bring your pets :)
