Good for larger groups

Several of my friends spend new years together to cook, play games, and do puzzles. This property comfortably held 7 of us in the main room and kitchen where we all hung out together. There were different times of day the parking was extremely limited, other than that it was a great space.

Disneyland vacation

The whole process from beginning to the end was seemless. The property manager was always very quick to respond. Before our stay we were provided lots of details about the house on how to check in and out. Very clean property and looked as pictured. It was not a bad drive to Disneyland either in case anyone else was planning to go.

No Parkinf or Towels

We had no parking and was only given three towels. Host did not give clear parking instructions like other resident so wasn’t clear and we had to walk 1 plus mile from property because no other parking available. You feel so threatened about charges you will just take the walk. Make sure you bring your own towels.

I will never stay here again

We stayed for 3 nights, age ranges from 30-54 yrs of age. Leon, kept texting that he could accomadate 9 of us and would love to host us after finding out we are law enforcement and military in different capacities. A family reunion, turned into us coming for an unexpected funeral. No. 1 after the purchase was made I received mutiple emails of rules for the house, we agreed. I kept receiving these emails all day and night until it started feeling as if I was being harassed.The parking was not communicated well, someone blocked us in, and Leon told me park behind the a car on the other side. 3am there was loud banging at our door to move our car. The house was not cleaned properly, there was hair left on the shower heads, tub was not cleaned, the floors were dirty, there was a used acrylic fingernail on the dining table and a nasty black slimy looking substance in the kitchen sink. The wall paper is peeling on the walls, stains on the furniture. This place felt so gross.The Wifi never worked, the TV in the living area or rooms ne worked for me or my family. I texted and called, Leon didnt answer the call but texted back Leon said he would get back with me and never did. The walls can talk because they're paper thin. I could hear the guest upstairs conversations loud &clear all thru the night on Friday night. On the next night, the noise was unbearable tenants smoking weed and arguing all night long. Reaching out to Leon was pointless, we did our part, he didn't.
