A Short walk to the beach! Family Friendly 3bed/3bath getaway in the heart of Santa Rosa Beach
Just steps from scenic 30A, and a 5-minute walk to pristine beaches. Convenient access to bars with live music! Enjoy 2 private pools inside the gated "Old Florida Village". Each bedroom with has a private balcony and en-suite bathroom. We have 2 pack-and-play cribs, 4 TVs with Roku devices with fast Wi-Fi, a grill, a large living room overlooking the lake, and all the beach essentials you need!
The Space:
Comfortable and spacious, our 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home with an open concept living area will fit all your friends and family for an amazing time at the beach. You can walk or ride bikes to the beach or local beach bars with live music along 30A... just make it back for a quick dip in the swimming pool and happy hour cocktails on the balcony. The views of Hidden Lake and the sounds of the bird and frog sanctuary is incredibly peaceful—don't miss the early morning sunrise over the lake!
We supply all the beach essentials you need: beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, toys, floaties, and more. Use the outdoor shower to rinse off before coming inside for the day! The first level has a washer/dryer you can access, two pack 'n' plays for your kiddos (one with a baby bassinet), and two bedrooms (one with bunkbeds) each with a private balcony for your relaxation. Each bedroom boasts an en-suite bathroom stocked with the toiletries you need, and a Roku device on the TV.
The second floor has a large great room area with enough seating for your whole crew at the kitchen table and the sectional couch overlooking the lake. The kitchen is outfitted with all the tools you will need to cook any meal you desire. Lounge on the comfy corner couch, read a book, play a board or card game, make BBQ on the grill, chill and watch a movie on the TV outfitted with a Roku device, or just gaze out at Hidden Lake from this inviting family room. The upstairs bedroom also has a bathroom and attached balcony.
The community provides access to two swimming pools with plenty of lounge chairs around the pools. Please grab a pool noodle and towel from our shed to enjoy! After a fun day at the beach or pool, walk or bike over to Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar or Perfect Pig Grill and Fish House located right down the road for fresh seafood.
Santa Rosa Golf and Beach Club is also nearby for an interesting golf challenge as well as gulf view dining. Nearby, just over 18 miles of bike paths along the beach and coastal dune lakes makes exercise a fun and interesting event. The largest discount designer mall in the country is a 10 minute drive in Sandestin and there's two State Parks within 30 minutes for the outdoor adventurer!
Guest Access:
Guests can access the entire home, all balconies, two community swimming pools, the outdoor shed with beach gear, and front parking spots. Please do not enter the two locked closets, as those are for cleaning supplies for our cleaning crew.
The Neighborhood:
Our house is located in a peaceful, gated community known as Old Florida Village; situated in the heart of Santa Rosa Beach. The neighborhood has two great swimming pools for you to enjoy with your whole family and friends. The quiet, peaceful streets are perfect for families with kids and we love to enjoy the sounds of the Hidden Lake right behind the house. See if you can spot frogs, alligators, and birds with the binoculars!
Getting Around:
The area is welcoming to cars and we have two parking spots in front of the house. If you need more room for your vehicles, there is overflow parking just up the street. Lots of people bike, walk, or rent golf carts to make getting to and from the beach really easy!
Other Things to Note:
We do not allow any pets and currently are making the transition for this to be a completely pet-free property in 2026. Thank you for understanding!
You can rent golf carts or bicycles to make traveling around the area much easier! Please note that golf carts still must follow regular driving and parking laws.
We do not condone any illegal internet usage and you will be asked to leave the premises if utilizing the internet illegally.
