You will be in a prime location that is just steps away from the several dining and shopping options offered in downtown Blowing Rock. Whether you are looking for a restful getaway or an outdoor adventure, this peaceful home will satisfy you. The home backs up to the adorable Blowing Rock Antiques store and Famous Toastery, making it the perfect spot for a day of shopping and delicious brunch with friends.



*The home is a duplex so there is always a possibility of the main home being occupied by other guests during your stay. Please be mindful that you are sharing a wall with your neighbors! We do offer the option to rent out both properties. Feel free to message us with any questions you have regarding the home!*

Very cozy spot right in the Blowing Rock town making it a great home base to enjoy the town, hikes and food scene. It worked great for us and our dog and made everything convenient and walkable.

Much needed getaway! Husband and our babygirl (mini schnauzer). Although it was cold and rainy we had a great time. We could walk to everything. The host was amazing!! We loved the place. It was clean and updated.

5 Night Stay

This unit is as advertised. It was perfect for two of us and our dog. Very quiet and clean. Within walking distance of downtown Blowing Rock. We experienced one issue with the electricity in the kitchen but the property manager responded very promptly to resolve the issue. For longer stays, it would be nice to have a washer and dryer. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay there again in the future. Highly recommend this unit.

Perfect location

Place was clean and updated, right behind a great breakfast restaurant. Easy walk to downtown and restaurants. Quiet place in the evenings. Great for 1 or 2 people and a dog with grassy areas and parking right next to it. It has microwave and fridge, no stove or dishwasher which I didn’t need anyway. Too many great places to eat nearby. A lot of parks in the area as well.

Great location

The space was prettier than in the photos. Great decoration and new feel about it. Would have loved a hair dryer and wine glasses to be provided. The place had not been cleaned when we arrived at check but after a few worried calls from us the owner resolved it and says will refund the ckeaning fee.

Blowing Rock

Location is perfect. Floors had only been dusted in traffic areas. Areas under table, tv, and behind door of bathroom were dirty. Drip tray to freezer had not been dumped and was disgusting. We were there for five days and had only two bath towels, one hand towel, and inadequate washcloths and towels for the kitchen considering we had to hand wash dishes. There was no shower soap. Place is advertised to have to which it did but we did not know it was Roku until we had paid our money and were committed. We are older and do not stream at home—have cable. Had to do some quick changes to watch what we wanted— got a three day trial of Hulu! This should be written in the description of the place. If these problems were fixed, we would stay there again!

This was the perfect place for our four day getaway to Blowing Rock. The property was modern, clean and bright, just like the photos. We were looking for a property close to downtown, and this one is only two blocks from the center of town. We walked to our favorite restaurants and hiked the Glen Burney trail. The bedroom and bath were just right for us senior travelers. The kitchen does not have an oven or cooktop, but we were not looking to cook. The toaster oven worked well for us. The refrigerator is compact, so bring your cooler for ice. The coffeemaker will do either drip coffee (basket filter) or Keurig pods. The host was very available by text. Parking is free and right outside the door. We will definitely stay here again when we come to BR.
