The space is truly unique within Chicago's Downtown "Loop" District. You will sit 28 floors up with expansive views throughout the home.

The unit itself is a 2-floor penthouse.

On the entry level floor are the two large bedrooms with KING beds and two full bathrooms. The Master bedroom comes equipped with a 55" Smart TV, a walk-in closet and a seating area with a daybed to sleep 2 additional people if you have kids or friends. The other bedroom has a 43" Smart TV and a King bed. Both have large closets to store all of your items.

The 2nd floor has a large pull out sofa, a wall-mounted desk and desk chair, a dining table, and a full cook's kitchen. Last, but not least, is the outdoor patio, which you can enjoy year round!

You have full access to the unit and the amenity floor, equipped with a pool, gym, lounge, and more!

📌Other things to note:
The HVAC system is unique because it is a single duct system, meaning that it only blows heat or cool at a time - depending on the time of the year (set by City law). We provide fans and a floor HVAC unit within the property for the transition months.

There is a NOISE MONITORING system within the home to track decibel noise level. Please respect our neighbors and do not get too loud outside quiet hours :)

The base price for this home is for 4 guests only. There will be an extra guest fee of $25 per guest per night if your group exceeds to 4 people.

Small Pet Fee (Under 20lbs, no shedding) - $250
Large Pet Fee - (Over 20lbs) - $300 plus a $200 refundable security deposit and subject to host approval.
If the pet sheds, we will require an additional $150 refundable Security deposit.
Unauthorized Pets - $250.00 plus any damages or additional cleaning costs incurred

Smoking in Room/Common Area - $500.00 minimum charge and eviction from Rental Unit
Excessive Cleaning - Up to $125.00 per hour of additional cleaning needed
Damaged or Missing Items - Varies depending on cost of item
Missing Keys - $50.00 minimum charge
Missing Fob - $500.00 minimum charge
Lost parking pass - $300.00

Noise Complaints: potential warning issued or, if necessary, eviction with no refund and a charge of up to $1,000.00
Party in Unit or Common Area - Up to $2,000.00 plus any damages to the unit
Forgotten Personal Belongings - $50 minimum charge for handling and shipping.
If keys are left inside the home, and we come to give you re-entry it is $50.
Unauthorized Late Check Out -Up to the cost of any impacted nights subsequent to originally scheduled check-out

No Unauthorized Late Check Out without notice from Host.
-Early check-ins/Late check-outs can sometimes be accommodated by our cleaning service for $50 per hour fee.

All guest names and ages must be registered before you are allowed to check-in.

Q: Is the neighborhood safe?
A: Very much so. 24 hours a day.

Q: Do I need to bring towels, a hair dryer, or linens?
A: Nope! we provide all these things. We also provide you and your guests with a starter pack of toilet papers

Q: When can I check in or check out?
A: Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. Early check ins can be difficult if there are guests who checked out same day. We ask for an early check-in, or a late-check out fee, if you request either.

Q: Is the Gym and Amenity floor shared?
A: Yes, it is shared so please be respectful of other tenants and guests using the space.

Q: Luggage Drop-Off / Storage?
A: If you do not have flights that coincide with our check-in and checkout times, you may store your bags with Radical Storage near our property. It allows you to store your bags for your optimal time :)

Q: Can I come and go as I please?
A: Yes. And we wouldn't trust any listing with which this isn't the case.

Q: What about PARKING?
A: Your reservation comes with one parking card for the attached parking garage.

Q: Is the place professionally cleaned between guests?
A: Yes, and we take pride in providing a clean home for guests.

Q: What's my total booking price?
A: We honestly have no idea. With fees included, it only shows the guest how much they pay. This figure should be present after you enter your dates. Note that, pricing varies on a daily basis, and it actually uses some crazy algorithm to adjust it automatically, so I don't actually control this.

Q: Are the beds comfortable?
A: Very. Some guests say they're the best they've ever slept on!

Awesome place

Awesome place - more than enough room for the whole family. Great location for us as we toured the museums, aquarium, sky deck and love that a garage parking space is included! Huge outdoor space that would have been awesome should the weather have cooperated. Highly recommended and the host is extremely responsive. Very pleasant building workers as well. Will stay again

Great Location, Great Stay

My wife, myself, my son and his fiancé stayed in the apartment for 6 days during a visit to Chicago. I was initially concerned about the neighborhood, as I grew up in the Chicago area and had a negative view of the area. But my concern was misplaced. In fact the location was extremely convenient and close to many amenities. The apartment was adequately equipped with everything we needed. Our only concern was that the building itself was not as clean or well-maintained as I would have hoped. The corridors and areas around the garage smelled strange. But the apartment itself was fine. I would recommend it as a good base from which to explore Chicago.

City experience with views

The pictures of the condo were accurate. It was decorated nicely and the beds were comfortable. There is plenty of space. The views from the condo were nice. There were a few things that were challenging. The card for the gym didn't work and getting a response took a while and it was never addressed. The wifi wasn't great the entire week so using your phone or laptop wasn't easy. The location was pretty centralized but it is right next to the red line so you do get that noise but that's the city.

wonderful week in Chicago

We had a great stay at this condo. The pictures do not do the view and patio justice--amazing views from all the rooms of the south loop skyline, of Navy Pier and of L. Michigan. Nice roomy, comfortable rooms. Very clean. Kitchen had adequate dishware and cooking gear but do bring your own condiments and cooking oils, seasoning, etc. We had a slight glitch with the parking fob but the owner was extremely responsive and helpful and we got it resolved quickly once we talked. We would definitely consider coming back to this property as it is easy to get to anything within the Chicago area via public transit (Red line entrance across the street, great bus lines on State and Michigan Ave, Orange and Green lines not far away)

Pizza paradise!

This is our second year staying in this unit. Granddaughter participated in national Forensic. The unit was wonderfully located on State street. We were close to the Navy Pier, Museums, parks etc. A variety of food was in easy walking distance. Recommend The Art of Pizza just around the corner! Only negative was the smells (food and smokes) from the neighboring apartment but I think that’s just part of sharing walls!

Great Stay!

The apartment was great! Plenty of room with wonderful views of the lake from the deck. We really appreciated the air conditioning. Location was spot on - about equal distance from Navy Pier and Shed Aquarium. Also within walking distance from the theater. Public transportation was close if you don’t want to Uber or Lyft. The apartment was clean and well stocked. Definitely would recommend!
