This 4,500 square foot penthouse sits on an entire floor features 18 foot open vaulted ceilings, authentic loft feel, 4 bedrooms/3 bathrooms, and is perfect for families, professionals visiting the city on work trips, and everything in between. The cityscape views are truly unbeatable!



The Space:

Located on the top floor of a boutique loft apartment building with views overlooking the city and in the heart of Wicker Park, your penthouse sits on the entire floor with ultimate privacy, sleeps 20+ people and is perfectly situated for large groups, families, events, and curated events. Everything flows around the spacious and open living room, seating area, dining room, and chef's kitchen, all connected uniquely across one large open space, creating a one of a kind environment for entertaining and gathering with your group.



Your spacious living/seating area/dining room combo is decorated by a local designer with fun modern contemporary furniture and features a large sectional, accent lounge, seating area with four accent chairs, dining table for 14+ people, smart TV (Netflix, Hulu, Prime, etc. compatible) and record player for entertainment.



Attached to the living area, the high end designer quality chef's kitchen is outfitted with brand new gas powered ranges, oven, refrigerator and freezer, large island, plenty of cabinetry, plates, cups, and cutlery in addition to state-of-the-art kitchen appliances including a Nespresso coffee maker, amongst others.



This one of a kind designer loft penthouse comfortably sleeps 20+ people and has 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The main bedroom with a king bed and sleek full bathroom. Two additional bedrooms feature queen/full beds, while the last bedroom has two full over full bunk beds. While we allow 20 people to stay in the unit, there isn't necessarily 20 normal beds as we allow our guests to determine their sleeping arrangements.

Our units are made up fresh before each guest and their group arrives. Our cleaning services that we use on all of our properties do a thorough job of cleaning all areas, focusing on high touch point areas. Each bed is stripped after every stay and all sheets, pillow covers, and duvet covers are swapped with brand new linens for each stay. The unit is stocked with fresh towels for you and your guests.



We provide one parking permit per day of your stay for the permitted street parking on the side streets next to the property. Lastly, check the parkchirp app for additional parking needs.



To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:



-You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.

-You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.

-You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and the condition of the booking.

-You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.



Guest Access:

You will have full access to all rooms and spaces inside the unit. Temporary access codes will be shared 24 hours before rental commencement by email.
