Caribbean Sugar Apple Retreat is a stylish and central place to stay in St. Thomas! This is the perfect spot for your getaway with plenty of space for all.
New bright furnishings in every room. This space was created with care and purpose, everything you need for a successful vacation is in this cute and spacious condo.
Quietly tucked into a green, lush, and central neighborhood, on St. Thomas, this condo community offers incredible ocean views, free parking.
This condo is the perfect location for a small family or group of friends. The open living plan is the perfect way to spend time together as a group. This condo is bright and open, and the exposed vaulted ceilings complete the Caribbean feel.
- Walk into a huge living space. The kitchen, dining, and living space are all combined. The couch offers additional storage under the cushions and when all cushions are placed against the main couch, additional sleeping space is created. Perfect sleeping space for the kiddos!
- Continue on to your breezy private balcony with a simple and modern outdoor table, seating for 6, a propane BBQ grill, and a stunning ocean view of Lovenlund Bay.
- Find two spacious bedrooms. The main bedroom offers a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom, a TV, a large walk-in closet, and a private balcony door. The second bedroom is a large open space with a king-sized bed, closet, and TV. (Find a bathroom and the washer and dryer outside this room)
- Two bathrooms, the main bedroom offers an ensuite bathroom with a tub and the second bathroom offers a stand-up shower.
- Basic pantry items are available for your use. (Salt, pepper, oil)
- Great Living space with a large TV, comfortable modern furnishing, and access to your favorite streaming network.
- Free on-site community parking.

This Northside condo is located in one of the most central neighborhoods on St.Thomas! You'll be able to reach just about any destination on the island in less than a 20-minute drive.
Megan's Bay Beach - less than 10 minutes
Red Hook area - about a 20-minute drive.
STT Airport - about a 15-minute drive
Closest grocery store - about a 10-minute drive

Renting a vehicle on St. Thomas is the absolute best way to see the island and get around. This condo offers a free parking space, so you will always have a place to park after a day of adventures. While the driveways are steep, no 4x4 vehicle is required to reach this condo.
St. Thomas is not set up for pedestrian traffic or rideshares. So this means if you're not renting a vehicle, you'll be using taxi services. Taxis can have long wait times and you can occasionally have issues finding a taxi driver to drop off or pick up in this location. We have wonderful taxi recommendations if this is your preferred choice of transportation.
Please note; The building the condo is located in will be experiencing construction starting in March 2024. This means you will likely hear and see construction noise during business hours. You will also likely see and hear construction workers on site.
Please be advised that WIFI and internet connections on this island can be spotty and irregular at times. We can not guarantee a connection at any time.
Power occasionally goes out on St. Thomas. (This is very normal.) This condo does not have a backup generator. When power is out on the island you will be without electricity, AC, or WIFI.
There is ongoing construction in and around this condo complex. Please be advised you may hear this noise during business hours.
