THE SPACE:

Over the Bay Condo is the perfect location for a small family or group of friends. The open living plan is the perfect way to spend time together as a group and it offers partial ocean views, free parking, and a resident-shared pool!



- Walk into a huge living space. The kitchen, dining, and living space are all combined.

- Continue to your breezy private balcony with outdoor furniture and partial ocean views.

- Two large bedrooms with King sized beds. The main bedroom offers a huge walk-in closet and the second bedroom offers a trundle bed with 2 twin mattresses.

- Two bathrooms, the main bedroom offers an ensuite bathroom with a tub and the second bathroom offers a stand-up shower.

- Basic pantry items are available for your use. (Salt, pepper, oil)

- Great Living space with a large TV, basic cable, and access to your favorite streaming network.

- Free on-site parking.

- Community pool

GUEST ACCESS:
When you stay in Over the Bay Condo, you will have access to the entire condo, a community pool, and one free parking space. The only space that is shared is the community pool.


LOCATION:

This Northside condo is located in one of the most central neighborhoods! You'll be able to reach just about any destination on the island in less than a 20-minute drive.
- Megan's Bay Beach - less than a 10-minute drive
- Red Hook area - a 20-minute drive.
- Downtown, Charlotte Amalie & STT Airport - 15-20 minute drive.


GETTING AROUND:
Renting a vehicle on St. Thomas is the absolute best way to see the island and get around. This condo offers one free parking space, so you will always have a place to park after a day of adventures.
St. Thomas is not set up for pedestrian traffic or rideshares. So this means if you're not renting a vehicle, you'll be using taxi services. Taxis can have long wait times and you can occasionally have issues finding a taxi driver to drop off or pick up in this location.

- We DO NOT accept third-party reservations. If you are booking under your name, you must be present during the reservation dates.

- Please note the building this condo is located in will be experiencing construction starting in March 2024. This means you will hear construction noise during business hours and you may hear and see construction workers on site.

- WIFI and internet connections on this island can sometimes be spotty and irregular. I can not guarantee a connection at any time.
- Basic cable connection can be spotty and irregular at times. We can not guarantee a connection at any time.
- Power does occasionally go out on St. Thomas. This is very normal. This condo does not have a backup generator. When power is out on the island you will be without electricity, AC, or WIFI.
