Guest Access:

You will enter the home through the main entry door located to the right of the garage. This home features a smart lock and an individual door code will be sent to you one to two days before your check-in date. This code will be active during your entire stay

This home is directly on the 11th hole on The Lakes course of Lake Arrowhead. The property is located on a double lot, 1.2 acres, allowing you peace and relaxation after your day of amazing activities. Explore the renowned Tri-Norse ski trails, illuminated by a mesmerizing trail of lights during the winter season!



Getting Around:

The property has an excellent location within Rome, WI, close to many amenities. Minutes to four different lake access / beaches on Lake Arrowhead, minutes to Sand Valley, Mammoth Dunes, and The Lido. Sand Valley also includes hiking & mountain biking trails, grass tennis courts, a farm-to-table restaurant and an amazing bar overlooking the beautiful golf courses. Only 5 miles to Lake Petenwell and the Lure Bar & Grill where you can rent a pontoon boat if you wish. Not to mention just 45min to Wisconsin Dells.

***Important Hot Tub Note*** You must unclip all four clips, front and back, when opening the hot tub cover for use.



Propane is provided for the grill and firewood is provided for the fire-pit.



No fires outside of the permitted fire pit/ring



If found smoking, vaping, or burning of any kind inside the unit the tenant will be charged $250. All smoking, vaping, and burning must be done outside at least 30 feet from the building.



Fireworks are strictly prohibited. Tenants found violating this policy will be charged $250.



Parties are strictly prohibited. Tenants found violating this policy will be charged $500.



No pets allowed. If there is evidence of pets in the unit you tenant will be charged $200.
