This 3BR house, in the Village of Marsh Bend, is a gem and it is located in the Village of Marsh Bend. The best part is the large lanai with a beautiful view of the pond and outdoor kitchen! Cruise around in the golf cart to Edna's for great food, drinks and live music. Swim in the many nearby pools, play pickleball or golf. Enjoy a walk or bike ride around the beautiful Hogeye nature preserve. In the evening, visit nearby squares for nightly music, restaurants or shops.

Golf Cart Fee is $50 at the time of booking.

The Golf Cart is a bonus/privilege and requires a Hold Harmless form to drive. if selected. If you choose to use the golf cart, you will need to date and fill in your home address on the front page and sign the back page of the Hold Harmless Agreement. You will find the Hold Harmless Agreement inside the booklet when you arrive at the property. We cannot guarantee usage in the event of a mechanical or tire issue while we await vendor repairs.

Two bicycles are provided with the house.

Best vacation house ever!

My family and I absolutely loved our stay at Oh What a View! The water view was so beautiful. I never expected the variety of shore birds that was there. There were so many details that made our time there great. The house and patio were so nice and relaxing. We enjoyed many games of table shuffleboard. The beds and pillows were soft and comfortable. The bathrooms were spa like. The living room couch and chair was so relaxing. The layout of the bedrooms was so unique and gave each person lots of privacy. It was also nice that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The kitchen was not only beautiful but also equipped with nice cookware and everything needed to cook large meals. We really did not want to leave this amazing place. The only small "complaint" for the management company to consider is to not use the plug in air fresheners. I have lung problems and am very sensitive to fragrances. We had to quickly remove them and air out the house. The amazingly large patio doors made this pretty easy though. This was definitely a place I would love to stay in again.

Incredible Lanai

The floor plan of the house works for everyone; there is plenty of space and privacy as well. The lanai is huge with an outdoor kitchen and TV. The waterfront view is exceptional and is my favorite feature of the house.

Perfect place to stay in the Villages

A beautiful house in a lovely setting. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor space. The house was exceptionally clean and had everything you need. The location was ideal. It was a hop, skip, and a jump from Publix and a good pizza restaurant. Also, the house is walking distance from the Everglades Regional Recreation Center. The only downside was the coffee maker. It was very slow and the single cup maker kept overflowing the 12 once cups. Please invest in a Keurig.

Extended Stay @ Oh what a view

What a positive experience.! We stayed for a month and it was very comfortable, welcoming and well equipped with easy access to Villages amenities and the Magnolia Plaza which has a Publix and food outlets and retail stores. The Eden on the Green located at the Cattail recreation area approximately 1 mile away, has food and drink with entertainment daily and is located close as is Brownwood Square. This also the location of the pool and golf facilities. Both the owner and Village Valet were very helpful, interactive and gracious in making our stay a enjoyable and positive one. Our only suggestion is to provide a computer desk and chair to make online use and working from the rental more comfortable. Thanks to all, high marks.
