Summary:

Durango is a small, one bedroom base of operations close to many of the area attractions. It is just off the highway in a tiny cabin and RV park community with easy access to the area attractions. It's next door to Fish Tail's winery, miniature golf, go-carts and more. Choctaw sleeps 4 in a queen bed and twin bunkbed. It offers Wi-Fi, and satellite. It's pet friendly (2 max, extra $20/night) and has a charcoal grill, firepit, picnic table, and coin laundry on-site.



The Neighborhood:

Tiny Town is a tiny cabin and RV community just off HWY 259 with easy on and off and immediate access to Beavers Bend State Park, Broken Bow Lake and minutes from the site of the new casino.

Additional pet fee is requested after booking.



Check-in and Check-out on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, or Easter is subject to staff availability and will be assessed on a case by case basis. If cleaning staff is available for your check-in or check-out day, the cleaning fee will be double for those stays.

I don’t think the owners knew of the on going construction outside the property for the new road. The cabin was exactly as they advertised, we just didn’t realize the impact of the construction outside our door. I don’t believe they did either.

We enjoyed our stay. This cabin is directly by the road, so there was quite a bit of traffic noise. The owners were very responsive and quick to help with our issues (the Roku was not working, which they replaced, and we lost electricity- they reported it as being out for us). I only gave a 4 star rating because they advertised a laundry facility on site, which is the main reason for booking this location. My daughter was playing in a 5 day softball tournament; washing laundry was a must. When I contacted the owner about using the laundry facility, I was informed it was for long term tenants but they would allow us to use it for an additional fee, which is not stated in their description. Someone was going to meet us at the facility and let us in but we wouldn’t have access to the door code. We just decided to go to the laundromat to wash/dry the laundry even though it was inconvenient. We also only had 5 towels for our 6 night stay. On the 4th night, they offered to deliver extra towels after I brought it to their attention but we just washed the 5 towels at the laundromat, as well. Otherwise, the stay was very nice. The cabin is very quaint and rustic. I enjoyed the cabin itself.

Great little cabin for a quick getaway

Nice little cabin to have as your homebase while you explore Hochatown and Beavers Bend as its centrally located to everything. You can walk from the cabin to a nice Winery and Bistro, putt putt golf, go karts and an ice cream shop.

Anniversary Weekend Getaway

We absolutely loved our stay at the Durango cabin. It was perfect for my husband and me. The location is great, super close to the Beaver’s Bend State Park entrance and not far from all the other fun Broken Bow and Hochatown have to offer!
